Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The beach is a private beach, the beach and the loungers are very clean and you get towels from the hotel. I particularly liked the sunset on the beach. With the all inclusive package you could order coffee, cola, juices, Sprite, etc. and water on the beach. The food tasted above average and there was a changing selection every day. We were very excited about the buffet!! The waiters are very friendly. The hotel has a large pool and a whirlpool with great loungers. All facilities were very clean. I can recommend this hotel and would like to come again! 😍

It’s a good nice clean and well maintained property It. Has a nice beach and a nice clean and beautiful pool and gym and steam sauna are good too We are happy we love staying here and good value for money

It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care

Check out process is very slow really don’t like this way Because I pay a deposit in cash and use mine bar they take about 30 minutes to finish Next time I will think more before I choose this hotel

Good clean hotel, the receptionists are very polite, it’s convenient that you can swim in the sea, only room service we make ordered sparkling water in the room, it’s very expensive 18dh and next to it on the street 2dh in only

Everywhere you decorate the Chinese 🇨🇳 element, ask the hotel waiter to say that the designer (Italian) is a Chinese fan, like! Hotel service is intimate, especially the swimming pool has free fruit popsicle, the child loves
