Very attentive staff, great breakfast, amazing beach, small minuses outweigh huge pluses👍 Special thanks to the girl at the reception, she helped to organize the move from Phan Rang to Dalat 🙏 But my small wishes are to install comfortable chairs and a table on the terrace to comfortably enjoy the sunset and the sound of the sea😊

Pros: - The resort is quite neat. - The towels are fragrant and clean, the toilets and rooms are similar. - The day I went, there were few guests, the resort announced in advance that there would only be a mini buffet breakfast, but when I arrived, I found that there were quite a few dishes, seasoned well. - The spa is okay, I got a 20% discount because I went in the morning, from Monday to Friday, so I thought it was okay. - The gym has new equipment, enough to exercise while at the resort. - The swimming pool is always warm - The beach always has security guards on duty even at night Cons - The TV is difficult to use, it takes at least 2-3 minutes to watch YouTube. - The hallways are often not lit - The bar plays Vinahouse music??? If it were replaced with Jazz or some light music, it would be more suitable for the resort's mood.

I clearly came during the off-season so the hotel was a bit empty, but aside from that, nice owners and the room was very comfortable and spacious with even a balcony perfect to watch the sunset. Not many activity or food options around but maybe the season is to blame, and you’re not even 10 minutes away from the beach.

The hotel is very good, but it lacks quality compared to the price. 1. Ctrip does not provide airport pick-up and drop-off services. For such an expensive hotel, guests should be informed of transportation methods in advance. I asked Ctrip customer service one day in advance, and they told me it would be 120 US dollars, or I could ask the hotel to take a taxi. But the journey is quite far, it takes 1.5 hours on a mountain road. It was my first time to visit this place, it was a foreign country, I was not familiar with the place, and I didn’t feel that I was enjoying the service of a hotel that costs more than 10,000 yuan a night. It cost 2,000 yuan to book a round trip car, and I didn’t plan for the extra expenses in advance. 2. Ctrip’s bookings do not include any activity packages to help customers better enjoy their vacation. I asked the customer service in advance about the hotel's activities. The customer service said that they would introduce the hotel and give us a book to read after arriving at the hotel. Most of the charges were charged and they did not teach us how to choose. It was not as amazing as what was said online. The service was all like home away from home. I have to call you to communicate and ask. If you don’t think of it or understand it, you won’t be able to play. 3. There are so many people these days. The flight was scheduled for 6:40, but we didn’t get a late checkout. The hotel wouldn’t tell you in advance or ask you where to go. It just introduced us to a restaurant for lunch, and didn’t help us with what we should do. Other activities to pass the time. Overall, for this price, service flexibility needs to be greatly improved, and Ctrip bookings also need to provide packages to guests, especially airport pick-up and drop-off services. Later after I booked, I also saw that the hotel had slightly reduced the price by tens to more than 100 yuan. It was really an unpleasant memory.

The room is spacious, big comfortable double bed, soft pilow, working hot shower, air-con, fan, fridge and water cooker. Location is quite in the center with many eateries included vegetarian restaurant. Wifi is quick and reliable. There is a bus stop near thr hotel (futa oramge bus) which pass near the champa temple and train station in Thap cham.

The staff are polite, good beds, early dinners, single category, enough to eat, steamed grouper is good, there are more ergolian goods in the sun, and there are more locals on weekends. Anti-mosquito and anti-sai, a fighter among mosquitoes.
