0 things to do other than swim prior to 10 :00 am on a Saturday which is tough with kids. Pool and rooms are not kid friendly. Thin walls (could hear every word of neighbors convo until midnight), no ledges to set anything in shower.

Excellent service. Great experience! Enjoyed every moment of my time. Weight room is sufficient for a good work-out. It says there is an airport shuttle bus, but there isn’t, so that needs to be fixed on the site.
I highly recommend the hotel.

Good for the price. A little worn in places, but well equipped. Appreciated the room had a microwave. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and are probably the best thing about this hotel. I did have a package delivered to the front desk prior to my arrival. Unfortunately, it seemed to have gone missing. Potentially taken by someone or given away in error. Not a huge issue, and I don't expect them to take responsibility, but the young lady who helped me was very apologetic.

I did not realize Indigo was part of the IHG chain, but now are fully aware of the Indigo brand. The hotel check in was on the 2nd floor and parking was inconvenient with construction. The height into the covered parking was not very high. We were fortunate to find one of the last spots. The three different Indigo staff that we met were extremely friendly to meeting our needs. The hotel maid (room service attendant) also assisted us with additional needs. Our last night at the hotel. We witnessed about 25 college students carelessly riding the motorized scooter (Lime) in the streets disrupting traffic, pedestrians, and compromising safety of the city of Rochester for about 30 minutes. There was not a single law enforcement present after the incident. It not only affected Indigo, but also Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. My bad for not taking a video of this.

Everything is satisfactory. but they should have a microwave, and plate and utensils in the room. they need to provide one or two complimentary bottles of water in the room.
I think they also need to think about their elevator.

TTamuI chose to book here because the Intercontinental offers room service which is hard to find in other hotels. The room we booked was a private access river view room with breakfast, I thought there would be a different lift (my kid is loud) and I was wrong. We used the same elevator but needed a swipe card to get to our floor. We didn't have a phone in our room, which was weird, however, the front desk texted us and sent someone immediately to handle our room service order, which was great. The room is not very big. Room service and breakfast were great and reasonably priced, and we liked their staff service and food service the most. By the way, parking is valet only and it's not easy to find parking on the streets near the city center.

TTamuAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!
