My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. Hotel tempat saya menginap ketika saya keluar dari Pamukkale relatif bagus di antara hotel-hotel terdekat. Ketika saya check in, saya mendaftar untuk layanan SPA. Pelayanannya berkisar antara 35 euro hingga 50 euro cukup tinggi. Ada bank dan supermarket di lantai bawah yang sangat nyaman. Ada restoran dan hotel, dan Anda juga bisa berjalan kaki ke kota.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.
