Hotel Dengan bar di West Coast, Selandia Baru

The male receptionist who greeted us was not particularly friendly; and only when we got to our first floor room did we read about a luggage service. The room was tastefully furnished and clean, and other staff we interacted with were friendly. However the biggest issue is that the walls between rooms are are paper thin so we could hear people next door and doors banging. This woke us up early on both nights we stayed. If you stay - bring ear plugs. There was a lounge with a bar - the bar was permanently closed so there was no where to get a hot or cold drink unless you went to a cafe down the road.

I think it's one of the best legit hotel in Franz Josef. Staff are so nice. I had to cancel 1 night of my stay, as my main activity (the glacier hike) got cancelled due to bad weather. Hotel was kind enough to accommodate and refund me 1 night. Its definitely a nice place to stay.

Location was decent for a small town, with a mini mart nearby and several dining options around. The staff were very nice and friendly. One of my family members wasn’t sure how to use the heated blanket, so they didn’t take it out, which made it look like the room wasn’t used. The next day, the staff actually called to check if we were okay, as they were concerned we might have caught a cold from not using the heated blanket. I thought that was a really thoughtful gesture.

We had been advised by a relative that this hotel on the beach was worth staying at. We had a deluxe room up on the hill across the main road so we were not actually on the beach. However the view of the ocean was fantastic particularly in the stormy weather. Due to the weather we had to drive down to the restaurant for breakfast. Restaurant fully booked out by tour groups for dinner but the tavern about 1.5km down the road saw us right for a meal. The complex seemed to have several different standards of rooms and I think ours was the best.

We had a great stay. Very clean and comfy room nice wine and excellent food and service. Would highly recommend.

Hotel ber***a hutan hujan tropis yang cocok untuk liburan keluarga. Sayangnya jalanan terhalang tanah longsor dan kami tidak bisa sampai ke Queenstown. Hotel ini masih layak untuk direkomendasikan. Anda bisa singgah dalam perjalanan ke Queenstown melalui jalur barat, tapi itu agak seperti labirin. Rambu jalan tidak terlalu jelas. Perbelanjaan di sekitarnya juga sangat nyaman.

酒店就在福克斯冰川直升機集合出發地點旁邊，入住後可以徒步走過來。我們來的時候因為下雨所以沒能成行，但是酒店本身還不錯，房間很大，唯一的缺點是水壓很小，洗澡不是很舒服。早飯是西式自助早餐，算不上豐盛但是吃飽沒問題。酒店旁邊的whitepub咖啡店可以吃白人晚飯，人均25-30紐幣一個人，味道還可以。福克斯冰川的酒店普遍貴，來新西蘭11天這是唯一一家價格超過1000的。

Our Theatre Royal stay exceeded our expectations- they were so caring, the design and decorations were really thought out. The town has so much interesting history and I’m sure a lot to see in the way of nature. Wish we could have stayed longer!
