This is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb. Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong. Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means. I will certainly choose you again and again every time I come back to this unique Kathmandu I learned to love. Namaste, 🙏🏼.

The location is excellent — close to Phewa Lake and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and shops, yet the atmosphere remains calm and relaxing. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a restful stay. The space feels bright and welcoming, and housekeeping keeps everything neat and fresh each day. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to unwind. The staff made a strong impression with their kindness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist with directions, transportation, or local recommendations, and their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. Another highlight is the peaceful environment and lovely views around the property, which add to the relaxing experience. Whether you’re visiting Pokhara for sightseeing or simply to enjoy the scenery, the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient base. Ini adalah hotel yang terawat dengan baik dengan nuansa klasik Kathmandu. Kolam renangnya lebih kecil dari perkiraan, tapi oke untuk menginap satu hari. Namun, jangan minta konter hotel memanggilkan Anda taksi. Tarifnya tiga kali lipat. Saya tidak tahu apakah sopir taksi membayar staf meja depan, tapi dia meminta 800 rupee untuk pergi ke suatu tempat yang jaraknya kurang dari 5 menit. Saya menelepon taksi untuk mempercayai hotel, tetapi saya tidak mengerti mengapa mereka menanyakan harga yang tidak masuk akal kepada tamu tersebut. Sarapan lebih baik dari yang diharapkan

Very nice , clean , comfortable hotel ! The location is perfect as it is a little bit outside of Thamel so it’s quiet , but it takes 2 minutes to get to the crowded streets ! There is a nice restaurant in the hotel with very good food! The stuff is friendly and helpful ! Nita from the reception is very nice , really appreciate her help with everything ! Highly recommend this place for short stay and long stay !

One of the highlights of our stay was the remarkable cleanliness and tranquility of our room. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine environment, allowing us to relax and unwind in utmost comfort. The icing on the cake was the superb internet reception, which allowed us to stay connected seamlessly throughout our stay. Our stay was punctuated by delightful mornings indulging in an exquisite breakfast spread. The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! The hotel's al fresco dining experience was an absolute treat. The ambiance was charming, and the food left an indelible mark on our taste buds. With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. FFrances521酒店距離大巴下車位置1公里，預訂之後給我發了2個郵件📧其中一個郵件是告知注意事項，反正有電話號碼，下車給酒店打電話來接我，沒3分鐘就騎個摩託來接我了。房間還可以，在尼泊爾鄉村這個價位就不要挑三揀四，熱水不錯，洗髮水毛巾香皂牙刷都有配，吹風機和熱水要和老闆要，服務很熱情，總體來説不錯。但是這個酒店距離主街有1公里，如果外面吃飯不是很方便，需要預訂的朋友要注意，另外便宜的房間是沒空調的，又另外收了我40人民幣變成了有空調的房間。

TTamuThe skyline restaurant is the best at sunset in this hotel. They have a transparent glass floor to watch everything under your feet. Many locals also get dressed up and come here to enjoy the million-dollar-worthy sight. You can also enjoy the buffet breakfast at the same restaurant if staying here. I used the swimming pool and sauna on 9 floor. The staff there are very attentive and friendly. Feel like a queen being there! The room is super clean and smell nice! I am amazed by the A.C. System. Believe me that’s very rare to find in Kathmandu! All is very good from the beginning of check-in and till the end. They have free drop-off transportation to airport. So I would highly recommend to book the last nights in Nepal and enjoy a relaxing evening of here!
