I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized.
The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need to stay close to the airport. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing.
The staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Everything felt modern and well managed.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi, especially if you are looking for a reliable and comfortable stay near the airport.

I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end.
Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on.
The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously!
Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely.

Roseate House, Aerocity offers a wonderful stay experience. The property is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and gives a premium feel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The ambiance is calm and luxurious, and the overall atmosphere makes the stay very pleasant. Excellent hotel at Janakpuri, next to Metro Station, easy connectivity to everywhere in Delhi via Metro , also a shopping mall nearby (Unity One Shopping Mall) , Room was excellent, clean and good size room as expected from Hyatt , staff was very kind and helpful, buffet breakfast has good spread and lots of options with live cooking counters , everything excellent, highly recommended

The breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it.
On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!

Very helpful team especially those at the Hotel entrance and housekeeping !
Enjoyed the stay and was an excellent location.
Biggest issue is that most Uber drivers and food orders placed were being delivered to the Hotels rear entrance used by staff etc not the main entrance. This was frustrating so not sure why the Hotels google location has not been updated.

TTamuGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

TTamuSaya membuat 3 reservasi terpisah di hotel ini sebelum kedatangan saya karena saya akan berada di India lebih lama dari yang direncanakan semula. Saya menginap total 9 malam. Dalam catatan reservasi saya, saya bertanya apakah saya dapat menginap di kamar yang sama selama masa tinggal saya. Saya memesan kamar twin dengan pe***dangan kolam renang.
Ketika saya tiba di hotel, saya mengajukan permintaan yang sama, dan staf check-in memastikan bahwa saya dapat memiliki kamar yang sama.
Kamar yang saya dapatkan hanya memiliki satu tempat tidur dan menghadap lokasi konstruksi. Kemudian saya mengetahui sendiri bahwa kolam renang sedang direnovasi. Kamar itu juga memiliki retakan besar di jendela. Saya memberi tahu staf tentang masalah tersebut dan meminta pergantian kamar, dan diberitahu bahwa seseorang akan datang membantu saya pin*** pada waktu yang ditentukan. Itu tidak terjadi. Mereka tidak meminta maaf.
Selama masa menginap saya, kunci kamar saya dinonaktifkan dua kali (mungkin karena reservasi terpisah saya), pintu kamar mengalami kerusakan, brankas tidak berfungsi dua kali, dan TV kehilangan sinyal dua kali. Menjelang akhir, saya memasang tanda ”jangan ganggu”, tetapi menerima email dan panggilan telepon yang terus berdering menanyakan apakah saya yakin tidak membutuhkan layanan kebersihan.

MMages VetriThe only reason the stay was good because the room was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Otherwise, the toilet flush had problem, the safe box didn't work and the promise to get it replaced never came. Sometimes the lifts have some issues closing which leave the guests leaving the lift and waiting for another. It would have been good to have more breakfast variety being a 5 star hotel. The service recovery duration is pretty slow and need to call them a few times to chase. Above all, it would be great if the staffs at the reception area are more welcoming and have a smile on their face. Each time I approach them they hardly have a smile on their face and they give a very monotonous reply. I had high expectations on this hotel being a 5 star rating but it was quite disappointing.

TTamuMy stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists.
The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient.
The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt.
Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.
