The location makes it easy to get around in town on foot. The réception Mr Shahroux, was friendly, kind and hospitable which was a great welcome after a long day of travelling. The breakfast was correct but always the same fare for the 3 nights I was there.

The area is modern and convenient, though if you’re looking for a more historic, traditional Swiss setting, you might prefer something in the Old Town. Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. The pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

I only stayed for one night as a stopover, but the hotel is very close to the station, and I have already arrived when I got off the bus and crossed the road. There is no air-conditioning in winter, but opening the windows is good enough! The room as a whole is so clean! The staff at the front desk are very kind and answer all questions! And the hotel is 5 miles away from the scenic spots, just walking distance! Moreover, a small supermarket is opposite the hotel, and it only takes a few steps to buy snacks! And there is a D restaurant on the lower floor of the subway station! Overall, it is highly recommended for travelers who want to catch the train the next day.

Overall, it was worth paying. Receptionists are kind enough. Nothing special than other hostels which is the good part. There were 4 out of 6 people in the room. The location is about 10 minutes away from the main station so if you have lots of luggage, you should be aware of it. They said they have a hair dryer in the bathroom but it doesn't and it required me to deposit a certain amount of money to get a private one at the reception. They didn't notice that to me when I checked in. So I was extremely confused until I got the idea.

A strange thing happened in the early morning. Around 5:40, when we were still sleeping, the doorbell suddenly rang, waking us up. How could someone ring the doorbell so early in the morning? The bell rang for a while and then stopped. Just as we were about to fall asleep, the doorbell rang again. It lasted for a while and then stopped. This time we were completely woken up and felt a little panicked. After all, we were abroad. When the doorbell rang for the third time, we went to the door to see what was going on. As soon as we walked to the door, we heard the sound of someone rushing downstairs in the corridor. Looking out through the peephole, the lights in the corridor were still on and no one was there. There couldn't be a thief. We suddenly lost all sleep and immediately contacted the landlord on WHATSAPP. There was no reply, so we contacted Ctrip customer service. It was not until 19:57 local time that Ctrip customer service contacted the landlord and told us that the hotel's reply was that because the apartment is located in a public area, it cannot control who rings the doorbell. The doorbell was indeed installed in the hallway. The name of the apartment was clearly written on the bottom of the doorbell. There should be no possibility of pressing the wrong button. Moreover, the doorbell should be set up with a doorbell shut-off function like a hotel, otherwise it will seriously affect the normal rest of the guests and make people doubt the safety. What is worthy of praise is Ctrip's customer service, quick follow-up and responsible attitude. The apartment is about 15 minutes' walk from the train station and about 5 minutes from the old town. The apartment is located next to a small street, and there are no people on the street at night. There is a double bed and a sofa in the apartment. The double bed is not big, and there is something wrong with the spring. It creaks when it moves. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, and induction cooker. The hand-held shower head and rod are broken, so it can only be held by hand, which is very inconvenient.
