This is a cozy 1 bedroom studio apartment with a full bathroom and small kitchen right in the heart of downtown Frederica, Delaware. Everything inside this apartment is new! Access is super easy via Wi-Fi lock and the apartment has its own private entrance so that you can come and go as you please. This apartment is 2.5 miles to Delaware Turf Sports Complexans 30 miles to the beaches. Route 1 freeway access is only half a mile from this space.New memory foam mattresses are included on all beds and hotel quality cotton sheets (The king bed is a comfortable 12 inch memory foam). There is a 65 inch HDTV with channels available via YouTubeTV. A desk (as pictured) with charging for laptop/devices or for eating a meal is provided. White noise machines are available at each nightstand if you prefer white noise while you sleep. This space is professionally cleaned after each use.The town of Frederica does have two good restaurant options. Frederica Pizza and Pasta house is a short walk from the front door of this apartment and a great place to grab something to eat or drink without having to get in your car. Burgers & Brews is also a short walk and has live music most weekends (only open March – November). JPs on the Wharf is another great restaurant with live music on the weekends located 6.2 miles in the small fishing town of Bowers Beach. On street parking is free and available. As always, please make sure to not leave any valuables in your vehicle & keep it locked. NO SMOKING. Any smoking done in the unit will result in an automatic $500 fee. Our place on Bay Road is nestled between the ocean and the bay. It is a unique retro beach home. There are three apartments with three separate entrances. You can rent one side or all three if you are vacationing with friends or extended family. We are a half block to a private Beach. There are refreshing outside showers to use after a fun filled day at the beach. The backyard has a gas grill that goes perfectly with the outside kitchen. This is our family beach home and our children grew up spending their summers on Bay Road.
