"Great hotel and very highly recommend. The staff were all very nice and helpful to our requests such as early check in of around 9am, and also helping us with luggage storage even after checking out. I would like to thank the staffs who were on duty from 3-5 April 2025, they were very kind and friendly. There location is superb as well as we are located near bus and tram intersection and the tram is just right outside our hotel. It is not noisy as long as u close your windows. There is free still/sparkling water and coffee dispenser. Room is clean and there is a fridge. Highly recommended"

UUrszula ZiółkowskaA wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

TTamu“Bracka 6 “ for me and for my 2 sons was a beautiful please . The old building with a high ceiling, modern furniture and amazing location in the middle of old Krakow were only for one night for us , but with unforgettable emotions. Special many thanks for a receptionist Mrs.Barbara . She helped to decide my problems with a booking and to buy tickets to out next trip . My recommend

TTamuNice and brand new student residence opened several months ago, just across Hyatt Place where you can have discounted buffet breakfast (50 Zl- 12 euros,instead 85Zl)，close to AD Krakow Mariott and small open food court consisted of 5 kiosk restaurants. Walking distance to the street car station is 7 minutes , and ride to downtown around 10 minutes. Staff is extremely helpful ...will provide you with cooking utensils cause student cafeteria is closed during summer vacation. It's very clean inside.

BBanyuexilouguLocation is excellent, close to the train station and the big shopping mall, few minutes walk to the market spare,accessible to everywhere .
The shopping center next door is great to hangout and to get food and other things.
Easy to check in eve without the “physical “ receptionist; parking lot opposite the road is near the hotel; hotel room is clean with everything needed, we appreciate the fresh Nespresso coffee in the morning. 😄
Travel with family, we found this hotel super convenient and comfortable, and we will definitely rebook it if we come back to Krakow next time.
We really enjoyed our trip.

TTamuThe was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building.
However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available.
The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed.
In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.
