⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️first, We have to contact the owner 48h prior to check-in. Deposit rm400 before check in. Nice and cozy studio… beautiful and clean modern studio.. nice view to the ocean, and below is psar besar KK.. got many eateries below and nearby the room, got numerous choice too. Imago mall by walking distance. Nice pool. Nice ambiance. Unfortunately, we coming on rainy season, and failed to capture the sunset view as its cloudy. 🥹 Good customer service, reply any msg in short time. Just got to take the access card given by staff and key in the password at the secured door. Nice experience tho Once we entered the house, smells good, the staff already open the light, and aircond, plays nice and cozy music on utube.. got microwave and washer and dryer too… easy to use.. niceee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I booked for my husband birthday vacation♥️ Got fan and fridge, water heater, iron and board, hair dryer, sabah tea and le minerale.. provided clothes hanger and suspension, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner..… Got Sweet token from the owner🥰 The shore got multiple other luxury choice of room to rent, but i choose Seaview Bliss as suitable for me as a couple and as the memorable gift for my beloved ones. And it got way better and cozy modern ID.. the real view is the same as the picture provided🤭 It worth every penny⭐️mybe a bit pricey 🥲 but yeah, tq Seaview bliss team⭐️

A nice, clean serviced apartment with nice view of Kota Kinabalu and the sea. Check-in is a bit difficult since there’s no desk—you have to call ahead and arrange a time, which can be annoying if you’re not sure what time you will be checking in, but the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The pool is shared with all the other apartments which we didn’t realise (thought it was private). There’s not many beds around the pool and it’s quite small but nice enough. The location is excellent and the main reason before the good stay. Really close to the waterfront, the main part of the city and lots of night markets. The bed is comfy but the toilet is very close to the wall and the bathroom is quite small. For location and price it’s worth it.

Good customer service. Staff is really helpful. They provide so many amenities that you can use like gym, swimming pool (had to wear proper clothes to enter), sauna, playground for kids and many more. They have free parking underground or you can rent parking space on ground floor. Will sure to check this place again if I ever come to Kota Kinabalu again.

We have a splendid time staying here, the customer service was beyond good 😊 I respect how very considerate the staff has been to us during the time of our stay. Anyway the important thing is that privacy is well maintained and safety is guaranteed. Might as well come to book again next time🤭 hehe

Please DO NOT book this unit SA#01, you will definitely REGRET. They never maintain the unit well. These are the problem we faced during our stays at this unit : 1. Before check in I wrote to confirm whether is there a washing machine. Their answer is 'YES' but they never said it was NOT WORKING until when you want to use then only they said washing machine is out of order. 2. Horrible water leaking at toilet sink that cause the floor all wet the whole time. Until we really can't stand and need to use the kitchen sink to brush teeth and hand washing. 3. Master bed room air conditioner is not working well, instead of cool air it come out like warm air. 4.Not extra garbage begs provided. 5.The whole apartment only 2 socket can be used for HP, Laptop charging. Imagine we have to queue to charge our HP. 6.Did not really mention only 1 toilet attached in between 2 rooms. Please think twice if you are booking this unit.

The hotel is overall like a boutique hotel but creepy. carpet on hallway, the very short ceiling, the unnecessary kitchen in the room, the smell of the room carpet. However. I did not stay long but the staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect. Overall, Homesuit home made my trip unforgettable. I like where the hotel is located in the mall. Very convenient because there are lots of restaurants to choose from. However, I hope there will be more precise instructions regarding self check in. I was confused why there's a separate building to get the keys for the room. Anyhow I was satisfied throughout my stay even just one night. I will come back here again ☺️

Greenage Homestay are very recommended for family trip,almost house facility are safe to use.
