We have a pool 5 steps from the entrance of the apartment, and other activities within the subdivision such as a soccer field, playground, exclusive area for pets, walking track and exercise park. For long stays we have a laundry center which is available for reservations longer than one week. In long periods (reservations longer than 30 days) the electricity is the responsibility of the guest. It is worth mentioning that the air conditioners are inverted technology. Our apartment offers a complete living experience with exceptional amenities and exciting activities in the subdivision. From the moment you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by the refreshing waters of our pool, located just steps from the entrance. But that's just the beginning of what we have to offer.
