On the day of check-in, we found only 2 bath products, and the sewer of the bathroom was blocked, and the bath water could not flow. The next morning, I reflected the problem with the front desk. I hope they can help the sewers and ask if there are cleaning staff every day (the front desk informs: clean 2 times a day) and hope they can give us the missing bath, soap and paper towels. The front desk staff at the time was not bad. We recorded our problems and said that we would send people to check them out. I went back to the apartment in the evening and found that the sewer was well-passed. The missing paper towels (toilet) had been given, and I also helped to change the bath towels, but did not give us bath products. We thought it might not be the day, and someone will make up the next day. On the third day, when we went out, we packed up our luggage deliberately (I thought someone would clean it, because the front desk said 2 days/1 time) until I arrived at the apartment in the evening, and no one came to clean it! This is even better! Our bathing supplies were completely used up! There is no way, we have a reaction with the front desk (the front desk on duty at the 14th), I hope she will give us the bathing supplies, otherwise we can't take a shower! Who knows that this front desk (the front desk on the 14th) doesn't believe it, tells us that they will add bathing consumables every day (we don't have one day to supplement consumables in 3 days) and have been with us for a long time! Thank you very much, I think you got the best service. If we have more time, we would be happy to stay longer. The food is one of the best hotel food I have ever eaten. It's a pity that bugs came out of the room, but everything is satisfactory.
