From the moment we arrived, the warmth and comfort enveloped us, making our visit a delightful escape. The apartment is simply breathtaking, with a fully equipped kitchen that boasts every utensil and appliance needed for a self-catering experience. The spaciousness of the living area and bedrooms is remarkable, allowing us to unwind and relax in true luxury. The inclusion of a washing machine was an unexpected bonus, making our stay even more convenient and homely. The cherry on top? The in-house restaurant serves up a steak that is nothing short of fabulous. Every bite was a culinary delight, perfectly cooked to our preference and served with impeccable service. Without a doubt, Oakwood Residence Hangzhou has set the benchmark for exceptional hospitality. We are already planning our next visit, eager to relive the magic of this extraordinary home away from home. The services apartments aren’t bad. They have everything you need and the rooms are very clean. However, there seem to be a bunch of businesses that operate out of the hotel rooms, or at least it appears that way. As a result you spend ages waiting for the elevator. Also, for a non-smoking hotel, they should really enforce their non-smoking policies. People from one of the businesses on our floor smoked constantly, and the smell often drifted into our room. It’s pretty disgusting for people who don’t smoke.

Booked the executive apartment, was cold throughout our stay, we had to ask for extra heating.  We were told that the hotel is central heating system and the preference of the other guests to keep it cool???? - doesn't make sense.   Breakfast was very good, the swimming pool was good, the gym was very good, the sauna/steam room was not working (huge disappointment). Not good value considering 'executive' - inadeqaute heating system and perks like sauna non functional

Big room was nice, and higher floor with great view. Pedestrian walkway from the high speed train station, so easy to just roll your luggage to the hotel. Only issue is that the safe in the room was not bolted down (someone could just walk off with it). Hot water, A/C, Wi-Fi, etc. all worked great. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty of shops, restaurants, amenities, etc. within walking distance of hotel. I would stay here again next time.

I really liked this place. The reception is on the 5th floor and the lady checked us in quick. She gave us the keys and elevator card and we proceeded into our room.  Room was nice, wifi was awesome. The bathroom did not have a lock but no problem. There were towels, toothbrushes and a fridge. The best part was having a washing machine.  I’d recommend this place to foreigners. The only recommendation I’d have for the hotel is to get thicker mattress pads. I was constantly shifting around to get comfortable.  Thank you for a good stay.

The apartment hotel is good and clean. The boss is very helpful and kind. The room that i selected is spacious for family including 3 persons, they have washing machine and even mini kitchen. If you need your room to be cleaned, you may ask the boss to clean your room. However, the puddle in my bathroom is not very functional so that when I finish bathing, the water stagnates and even comes out to the sink area. If you want to get to the 5th floor, you may ask the security or chat the boss to help you by lift. So far it’s a good experience there

This service suite is quite close to Metro station Line19 which is good for free and easy travellers. This line is direct linked to airport also. Three beds which is just fit to our family of five members. Value for money and we stay here for three night comfortably. Children like this suite as it is big enough and with mezzanine floor. Wife like it because of the Washing machine provided.

Massive suites. Very luxurious and comfy. Feels like being in a upscale apartment. Perfect for family and friends to stay together. Highly recommend. They can improve on expanding their car parking space more for the hotel.

The hotel is near the beach, suitable for watching the sunrise in the morning, the room is clean, the view from the balcony is very good, you can see the sea, the service is very good, there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room at that time, after WeChat said, someone immediately came to check.
