A sizeable triple room! There were even two sinks. We needed to do laundry and the front desk lady very kindly took our clothes to wash. However they do not have a dryer, so you'll need to factor in time for clothes to airdry. Hotel is on 31st floor (highest floor) of a building with other hotels on other floors. Which means we had a really good view of the city. Was a pleasant stay and would come back to stay if I'm in the city!

Hotel building is combined with several other hotels, this hotel is only on one floor i think. I’m surprised by how clean & spacious the hotel is, theres even smart system. The staff is also helpful whenever we need anything. It’s close to the railway station, we had no problem dragging our big luggages & walking to the railway station at 6am it’s around 10-15minutes walk depending on your pace.

Novotel Living is like a home residence that comes with a mini kitchen, washing machine and even a humidifier. I must compliment their customer service staff (both Ms Fu and Ms Yang) for being professional and could attend to all my needs. Particularly Ms Fu who went an extra mile to delight my customer experience when assisting me to get a cab to a tourist attraction. Perhaps the only constructive feedback to give Novotel Living is there is certain odour found in their bathroom that can be very unpleasant to some customers. The unpleasant smell usually comes from the water pipes or sewage pipes. Other than that, Novotel Living is a value-for-money for all travellers.

The central air conditioner was very powerful and just faced the bedroom on the second floor. I just turned it on for a while and then off.
