I'd like to share regarding our stay. Unfortunately, we had a rather unsettling experience during the night. Around midnight (between 12am and 1am), someone attempted to access the unit using a key, we could clearly hear the sound of a key trying to unlock the door. This caused quite a fright, especially for the children. Suggestions: • It would be highly recommended to install an internal door lock for added security. Ideally, a CCTV camera or a door peephole would also help, so guests can see who is outside before opening the door or windows. Aside from that incident, the stay was generally pleasant. A few minor maintenance issues to note: • Some lights and remotes may need to be checked for proper functioning. • The toilet bowl feels a bit unstable as it is shaking and need a fix. It definitely worth for a returns if all these can be improved. 😊

Rumah kemas,bersih dan selesa.Anak-anak sangat suka dapat katil tingkat atas,seronok mandi kolam.Lokasinya juga dekat dengan tempat tarikan.Mungkin akan menginap disini lagi sekiranya datang ke Melaka selepas ini.

Lokasi bagus, hotel bagus, tempat yang nyaman. Mal di bawahnya agak menyedihkan, tidak banyak yang bisa dilakukan. Namun, perlu diketahui bahwa alamat di trip.com salah. Mohon dapatkan alamat yang benar dari tuan rumah. Kami pergi ke alamat yang salah dan itu benar-benar bisa dihindari jika informasinya akurat.

Baru dibuka minggu terakhir Desember 2025 jadi kamar dan fasilitas seperti kolam renang & gym semuanya baru. Ini lebih seperti apartemen berlayanan daripada hotel, dengan tempat parkir yang luas. Kami menikmati menginap di sini karena kamarnya sangat besar dengan balkon dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Stafnya ramah dan pelayanannya sangat baik. Lokasinya hanya sekitar 2 km dari Jonker Street dan Kedai Kopi Kheng Juan Hin yang sangat saya rekomendasikan untuk sarapan. Satu-satunya keluhan adalah ambang batas lantai yang tinggi saat Anda masuk ke kamar dan kamar mandi, kami hampir tersandung dan jatuh. Pasti akan kembali lagi jika saya mengunjungi Melaka di masa mendatang.

One of the first things we appreciated was the spacious and ample parking area—a big plus, especially when traveling with family by car. We never had to worry about finding a spot. The location is also a major highlight. It's close to the city center, popular attractions, and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore Melaka without spending too much time on the road. Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away. The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip. The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents. Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!
