Of the downsides: there is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything that is said in the neighboring villa, while you are in a room on the second floor, and they are in their courtyard, the cleaning is initially a C, everything is swept up in the corners, you clean yourself, you even have to take the garbage out to the bin outside. There are few towels, no kitchen towels at all, as well as a dishcloth. There are not many dishes, a minimal set is present, but if you are traveling in a large company, there are not enough dishes, both for cooking and for eating. There are no napkins. Pool: the entire bottom is in sand. Somehow the courtyard is not well maintained. There are no soft mattresses on the sun loungers. On the first floor in the toilet there was a smell of sewage villa. 1117. The beach is a separate song: there is practically none... or rather, it is not equipped at all, there are very few sun loungers... if you are lucky enough to get a sun lounger, you need to either have your own towel or bring it from your room (of which there are only 3 for 3 bathrooms), no one cleans the beach, the sea in this place has low and high tides... you also need to take this into account. There is nothing nearby, the nearest chafanka is 2.5 km away... there is a small swimming pool and a restaurant on the territory. Prices are above average. In short, everything is much more beautiful in the picture. We stayed for 2 days... ok, not worth it for a longer period... The price per day is 12 thousand rubles.

However, I must note some areas that could use improvement. Acquiring a Grab car service during dinner time proved to be a challenge due to the scarcity of vehicles in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel services left something to be desired. Despite the breakfast being advertised as complimentary, it was consistently served cold. The pricing structure within the hotel was also disappointing. After consuming the first 10 bottles of water, each subsequent bottle came with a 10k VND charge. Moreover, the quality of the facilities was subpar, with easily damaged, fragile items that could potentially result in unexpected charges. A word of caution—do ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, as a deposit of $3M VND is required upon check-in. Nonetheless, the comfortable bed and overall ambiance contributed to an overall pleasant stay for both me and my companion. Despite the setbacks, our experience here was largely positive.

Because we two people staying in the housekeeper will pick a room, the other two rooms will be locked. The room on the first floor is convenient for life, the door is the swimming pool, you can swim if you want to swim! There is a room on the second floor to see the sea, and the other is quieter. I chose a quiet one. But later I found out that it was still on the first floor. Of course, if a few friends or family live together, it should also be very interesting to cook together and have a party holiday.
