7 Sep hingga 12 SepIndustrial action to affect London Underground and Docklands Light Railway between Sunday 7 and Friday 12 September.Periode:Minggu, 7 September 2025 hingga Jumat, 12 September 2025Operator:London Underground,Docklands Light RailwayInformasi Terkait:The RMT union have announced industrial action which will affect London Underground services from Sunday 7 September until Friday 12 September. In a separate dispute, the Docklands Light Railway will also be impacted on Tuesday 9 and Thursday 11 September. Although this will mainly affect London Underground and DLR services, there will be some National Rail services also impacted as some routes run over London Underground tracks and call at London Underground stations. On Sunday 7 September, London Underground will be disrupted, with limited services running. From Monday 8 to Thursday 11 September, London Underground services will be severely disrupted, with little to no service expected. On Friday 12 September, there will be no London Underground service before 08:00, with normal service expected on all lines by late morning. On Tuesday 9 and Thursday 11 September, there will be no service on the Docklands Light Railway.
11 Sep hingga 11 SepRMT industrial action closes Old Street stationPeriode:Kamis, 11 September 2025 hingga Kamis, 11 September 2025Operator:Great NorthernInformasi Terkait:The RMT union have announced industrial action which will affect the majority of TfL rail operated services until Friday 12 September. As a result of this, no Great Northern trains will call at Old Street for the remainder of today as the station is closed. Customer advice: No services will stop at Old Street in either direction today. For journeys to / from Old Street, please travel to / from Moorgate instead, which is an approximate 10-15 minute short distance away. Please allow extra time to account for this. Alternatively, you can use your ticket for no extra cost on London Buses between Moorgate and Finsbury Park, or between Old Street and London Kings Cross. Please note that London Underground services are also being impacted by industrial action this evening, and as such, we would not advise attempting to use these to complete your journey. 1 Sep hingga 11 SepUnstable ground conditions close Bransty Tunnel between Corkickle and WhitehavenPeriode:Senin, 1 September 2025 hingga Kamis, 11 September 2025Operator:NorthernInformasi Terkait:During pre-planned engineering work at Bransty Tunnel, between Corkickle and Whitehaven, inspections revealed unstable ground conditions which require urgent repair. As a result, the line through the tunnel is closed. Buses are replacing trains between Corkickle and Whitehaven. Disruption is expected until further notice. A visual disruption map video is available. Customer advice: Service impact: Train services are running between Lancaster / Barrow-in-Furness and Corkickle, and also between Whitehaven and Carlisle. Buses will replace trains between Corkickle and Whitehaven. Ticket acceptance: You can use your ticket on Avanti West Coast and TransPennine Express services between Lancaster and Carlisle at no extra cost. Northern ticket restrictions have been lifted during this disruption so that you may travel via any reasonable route. Additionally, if the train you have a ticket for is cancelled, you can travel on any Northern or TransPennine Express service within two hours before or after your cancelled service was due to depart. This is at no extra cost, and does not require you to amend your ticket.
