We had a great experience on this tour, thanks to our guide Jakopo and driver Raul. Jakopo was polite and very informative, sharing lots of interesting facts about Tuscany throughout the day. He also gave clear instructions about meeting points and times, which helped everything run smoothly. Raul, our driver, was equally professional and ensured we arrived safely at each destination. Our first stop was Monteriggioni, a charming little town where we had about 30 minutes—just enough time to grab a coffee and take in the atmosphere. We then spent around three hours in Siena, which felt like plenty of time to explore the historic streets, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and pick up a souvenir. After Siena, we stopped at Poggio ai Laghi for a wine tasting experience. We sampled four different wines, two types of balsamic vinegar, and a selection of bread and cold cuts—definitely a highlight of the day. Our final stop was San Gimignano, where we had 1.5 hours. While we enjoyed exploring this beautiful hilltop town, we would have loved a bit more time there, as it felt slightly rushed compared to the earlier stops. Overall, it was a well-organized tour with a good mix of cultural exploration, food, and relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the best of Tuscany in a day.

Our guide (sorry can’t remember her name) was exceptional. She was firm with keeping such a big group on time and together and she was incredibly knowledgeable. You could tell she loves her job and working with people and also is extremely knowledgeable about all things from the region. The three stops were all very different but thoroughly loved each one. We would thoroughly recommend this tour to you.

This was a really fun experience. The wineries were well located in chianti region and the visit to the castle was the best end to this tour. Zora, which was our tour guide made this experience even more enjoyable, she accommodated all our needs and was super friendly. However, the bus driver Christian was not as friendly.

This was a full day excursion from Florence to the nearby UNESCO World Heritage sites of Siena and San Gimignano, with lunch at a Tuscan chianti winery. The excursion was by bus and included a walking tour of Siena's old town (with the option to also continue into the Cathedral). Lunch was at Tenuta di Mensanello which produces a range of wines, olive oils and other products at a picturesque hilltop property. The guide, Susi, and the bus driver, Matteo were both excellent. Susi provided useful information about the places we visited and also Florence. I would recommend this as a great introduction to these beautiful places. We all had a lovely day.


