Chris was a wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly guide through this series of striking caves, culminating in a stunning blue lake inside the last cave — I have never seen anything like it. He was a founding worker, having been on the team who prepared the caves for tourist availability, and it was an honor to have him as our guide.

If I could give this tour 10 stars I would! Our tour guide was phenomenal! Stingray city was UNREAL! The BLUEST water I have ever seen!!! In the middle of the ocean interacting with giant gentle stingrays was a dream!! Our guide made sure every person got to feed and hold the stingrays. And we all got to interact in our own groups while having pictures taken (available for purchase but not expected) and we were also able to get pics and videos from the photographer with our own phones which was really nice to capture these once in a life time moments! He even served us fresh Conch straight from the shell! Delicious! The music and boat ride were a total vibe! Amazing experience!!

This was my kids favorite excursion of our vacation. The knowledge of the boat staff, Mitchell, Mitch, I know there were more but I can't remember their names but they were all wonderful and very knowledgable. The captain was extremely nice and allowed for these two little boys to think they were steering the boat it was very sweet. The overall trip was amazing - in the water with the stingrays you get to hold it, kiss it (if you want), get a back massage, and feed them. Again all of this is optional they do not make you feel bad if you don't want to. It was a great experience and my kids loved it (12 and 15 years old).

Great captain- fun & friendly! Boat was safe and comfortable. Getting on and off is a bit tricky if you have mobility difficulties or use an aid to walk. I have a balance disorder and I did fine just using the rails and helping hands. We saw a shark, turtles, ray, lots of fish, 2 shipwrecks and Cheeseburger Reef.


