Good bus tour starting at Train Station. Stops at all historical sites and museums. Very warm in summer and limited seating indoors. Recommend the boat trip on 2 day tour which drops you off at George Town taking 50 mins. Quaint street with various shops. Easy return by boat. We took the bus back to train station. Would recommend.

Super fun to ride bikes to the monument with my kids. They were ages 12 and 9 and we were easily able to do all the monuments and the White House in the 4 hour time frame. Had a great time! Pro tip bring a phone holder for your bike so it’s easy to navigate while riding.
