The little bus was incredibly old and dilapidated, inside and out. We sat in the back and just hopped around. My back was killing me. The poor bus was completely overcrowded. They'd crammed an extra bench behind the driver, backwards – a wooden plank where they'd squeezed in even more passengers. There was plenty of space on the boat. Lunch was good too. Water came in tiny 0.2-liter bottles. Beer and wine were in super small cups, and getting them up to the upper deck was a challenge because the stairs were very steep and you had to hold on tight. We stopped for lots of swimming, but the boat trips were short. We kept dropping anchor and rocking the boat. The foam party was great fun. Super Mario was amazing. His jump from the rocks into the sea was incredible. The pictures with Rambo were also very nice. Everyone bought them.★

We were picked up directly from the hotel, the journey took about 2-2.5 hours, we traveled in a minibus without air conditioning (it wasn't hot in the morning, but the ride back was stuffy). We were among the first to be taken to the canyon, so we managed to get the best seats on the boat; there weren't many people, and there were even some empty seats. We went for a ride right away, then waited another 15-20 minutes for people from other groups to gather. When we first set sail, we were told there would be two stops for swimming, but in reality, there was only one for 30-40 minutes, the water was cold, 15-20 degrees. On board, soft drinks were free and unlimited. Afterwards, we were taken to lunch - pasta with chicken or fish near a lake with cormorants. The food was average, a little worse than in the canteen, but for lack of anything else, it's okay, since you have to pay for the water there. Afterwards, the driver asked us if we wanted to go to the outlet, everyone said no, but we still went there. We stopped in :) The prices there are higher than in regular stores, keep in mind that because of one pair, another one got lost in this outlet, we stood in the heat for an extra half hour★

The transfer met us at the appointed time. If you don't speak English, no problem; they provide important information in several languages, including Russian. There were no Coke, Fanta, or Sprite drinks, only their generic equivalents. The water wasn't salty, it was cold, and it was deep, so if you can't swim, it's not for you. Those who fished didn't catch anything, just stood there with a fishing rod. 😁 Overall, we enjoyed the experience; we went for the beautiful views, and we got them. On the way back, we were given a comfortable ride to the hotel.★

I joined this tour in September 2026. Seeing mixed reviews made me nervous, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary! Stop times were well-paced, and lunch at the affiliated local restaurant was seamless.
> Our female guide was wonderful, explaining everything in both English and Russian. As a solo traveler with limited English listening skills, I still had no trouble following along thanks to her great energy. Panda Travel delivered the most satisfying day of my Kazakhstan trip.
> Two minor points: there was no way to download group photos (sharing via WhatsApp would be great). Also, posting the gathering time on an A4 sheet on the bus door or windshield would help tired travelers who might miss verbal announcements.★

Lucas was an amazing guide and driver! We felt safe, well taken care of, and entertained the entire time. He easily adapted to our group’s needs — we wanted to see a lot but only walk a little due to some physical limitations — and he made everything smooth and enjoyable. I truly recommend this tour!★

This trip to Mount Rainier was pleasant as the weather was fine, with sunshine and no rain or strong winds. The driver was well prepared for the journey, offering walking sticks for walkers who may encounter challenges to the hikes up and down the various scenic spots on the Mt Rainier journey. He did a respectable commentary throughout the journey. The seating is a rather tight. A more spacious vehicle would have made the trip more enjoyable.
