They give us welcome drink when we arrive to check in.
Great location, in front of the hotel there is night market, and walking only around 3 minutes you can find many restaurants, shops, clinics, etc.
Behind the hotel is the limestone mountain.
Big room with king size bed, they have swimming pool, spacious breakfast area and also delicious breakfast (no pork).
They provide swimming towel and beach towel which can be rented for free.
We order room service for dinner and really tasty : tom yum koong, chicken green curry, spicy fried chicken with cashew, 2 rice,1 fruit for 650baht.
Great place on beach, plunge pool villa was big large fridge and private, less than 100m from beach. Great breakfast, egg station, bacon. Beach bars had good prices and good food. Walk to road about 10mins, minimart on main road for beers, ice, snacks. Staff were great. We got an awesome off season price
Very fast Check-in and check-out, clear information provided at check in about the hotel services ( including the van transfer to the beachfront areas and the optional breakfast). My Superior room on the second floor was large and clean, with a lovely pool view balcony. I had a pleasant stay and wished that I could stay longer. High value for the price I paid.

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from impressive. The lobby area looked pristine, and the hotel certainly took pride in its public spaces, but the room left much to be desired.
When we walked in, it was immediately apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like they cleaned around the room rather than doing a deep clean. There were dead bugs on the wall, which was pretty off-putting, and the hand-held bidet was in an unacceptable state. It wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, nor was it attended to during our stay. For a hotel that supposedly offers a high standard, these oversights were shocking.
Given the hefty price we paid—more than what I’ve spent at 5-star hotels—I expected far better. The room itself was disappointing and clearly not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this supposed calibre. For the money, this hotel did not deliver the quality it promised.
Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. The hotel proudly claims that their bakery items are baked in-house, even displaying this in the restaurant—but this couldn’t be further from the truth. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package.
The overall breakfast selection was poor, lacking variety and freshness. Despite having paid for it as part of our stay, we ended up choosing not to eat there after the first attempt. The tea was weak and flavorless, and the machine-made hot drinks were almost undrinkable.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium prices, expecting 4-star quality, only to receive service and amenities that wouldn’t pass for a 3-star. This stay was a major letdown from start to finish.
A peaceful, quiet, and relaxing resort by Khlong Dao Beach. We liked that it is an adult only place, and the location was perfect for excursions to neighoring islands as it is very close to two piers. A day trip to Four Islands and Phi Phi is highly recommended, and the resort offers various activity options at reasonable prices. Although the breakfast menu was mainly Western (we hardly saw any Asians staying at this resort), the food was nice and we particularly liked that they had a cold room to keep dairy items, veges, and fruits fresh! If you wanted to spend more time in actual Krabi, this resort may not work for you as it is on Koh Lanta island which is about 150mins away from Krabi International Airport.

This is for sure one of the best resorts i've stayed in Thailand. The breakfast was good, the ambience was amazing and the staff are so friendly and accomodating. The location is also perfect, a few minutes walk to the busy streets so you get a really calm environment but still strategically located. The pool had a stunning view of the nearby mountain. All the drivers and tour operators know this hotel and we never had issues when saying where we stayed. Will for sure stay here again and again.

I had a great experience staying at Centara! Check in was quick but we had to wait until after 3pm as our room was not ready yet. Room was comfortable and very spacious but a little noisy as we were facing the pool area, not really a problem for us. Buffet breakfast had some different variety each day and Ao Nang beach is right next to the hotel and a short walk to shops and restaurants around Ao Nang. Would recommend and will stay again next time!

Large bedroom with balcony. Great bedding. Good pool. Friendly service. Just bad plumbing so the sink waste flowed over the bathroom floor. The hotel should fix as otherwise it’s great value. Great garden food and drink opposite.

Great location where takes only few minutes to the beach.
Lots of service such as laundry and currency exchange, convenient stores are within 1 minute walk from the entrance.
Every room and every Villa is surrounded by green and bird's Singing.
The staff are nice and professional.
Also We like to have breakfast at the nearby waterfall and enjoy the sunshine through green.
I would like to recommend people to stay with pakasai resort if they plan a vacation in Krabi.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel on the beach. The rooms, service and breakfast were pleasing. There are free kayaks, you can swim to the neighboring beaches. The hotel itself is located away from busy areas and shops. Therefore, you need to either take a bike, you can at the hotel, or buy everything you need in advance. Tuk-tuk does not go to this hotel, there are no taxis on the island. To get from the hotel to the north of the island you will need a hotel transfer. I liked the hotel, for a vacation for several days, in silence and almost no people on the beach.

EElvis.007Very cool. We got welcome drinks which was good and refreshing. But didn’t check in before 2 pm because of so rush season. Have good breakfast but night service over phone not up to the mark. But I left my phone charger in the room but from hotel management send it to Bangkok which was really appreciable. I should mention the location was totally perfect spot because no need to walk from ferry place. Recommended.
GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at Dusit. Had a pleasent experience overall. Breakfast selection was decent enough. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff working there were all amazing! Very friendly and helpful.
Hotel amenities were awesome though. Hotel comes with complimentary workout classes and water sports for those interested. The pools were huge with more than enough sunbeds spread throughout the pools and beach. The private beach at the resort is amazing as well. Its never busy and had awesome views of sunsets. But be prepared to walk alot in this resort as it is such a huge compund. You can request a buggy but it may take a while.
Not the most convenient in terms of location but it is to be expected for a private resort. There are decent restaurants nearby if you want other places to eat other than at the resort.
This is the place for anyone looking to relax and zen out. Would choose to stay there again just for the vibes and serenity.
GGuest UserAlready asked my husband when we can visit again! This was my favorite beach resort we have stayed at. Staff is so incredibly helpful and organized. Resort is beautiful. Pools were amazing and location was great!
Two things for others booking this resort:
- learning how to get here without using the resort’s pricy transfer service was tricky! We ended up booking a ferry to the island’s northern port and found they would drop us off directly at our resort. Round trip first class cost us less than half of the resort’s charter. We also hiked the trail to the main port. Be aware: this is not a trail you can take luggage on. It’s narrow, constantly changes elevation and super uneven.
- the food and drinks in the village right behind the resort is better and much cheaper.
GGuest UserThere was no hot water for shower. Our room was faraway, and had to call the management to bring golf-car, sometimes took half an hour. The worst experience I had was when I booked a Private shared minivan to travel to Phuket. That trip should take only 3 hours. The driver didn't speak English, was very impolite, and took him 5 hours to drop me at my destination. I called many times to hotel management and complained, they assured me to take action, but I having heard from them.
