Trip.com Super New Arrival : Disney Adventure - Disney Cruise Line (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

1.These terms and conditions ("T&C") apply to the Promotion (as described in Clause 4 below) by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 (“Trip.com”). By participating in this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound to these terms and conditions (“T&C”), Trip.com’s general terms and conditions, including any revised terms and conditions which may be updated by Trip.com from time to time and the decisions of Trip.com.

2.ELIGIBLE USERS: Trip.com registered users with a valid account.

3.PLATFORM: Trip.com English- Indonesia site, mobile website and app (version 7.47.2 or higher).

4.PROMOTION DETAILS:

(a)Promotion: Eligible Users get to enjoy the following Promotion subject to the T&C:

(1)free transfer from the Singapore Changi Airport to Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore;

(2)18% off of airport transfers voucher (including all taxes, fees, and service charges);

(3)selected hotels and flights deal (including all taxes, fees, and service charges); and

(4)selected bank promo code.

(b)Promotion/Booking Period: [December 10, 2024 at 08:00 (GMT+8)] to [December 30, 2024 at 23:59 (GMT+8)].

(c)Travel Period: December 15, 2025 to March 30, 2026 (including both dates).

(d)Eligible Products: Disney Adventure – Disney Cruise Line only as listed below:

(1)3-Night Maiden Voyage Cruise from Singapore;

(2)3-Night Getaway at Sea Cruise from Singapore

(3)4-Night Getaway at Sea Cruise from Singapore

(4)5-Night Getaway at Sea Cruise from Singapore

(e) Conditions:

(1)The Promotion is only applicable to the Eligible Users who books the Eligible Products through the Platform during the Promotion Period for the travel dates within the Travel Period.

(2)Eligible User is entitled to the rates available during the Promotion Period, subject to this T&C. No additional discounts will be applied at the checkout.

(f)Limited Redemption:

(1)Promotion is limited and available on a “first-come, first-served basis” until stocks last. The available Promotion is not reserved until payment is complete.

(2)Please check the details of the booking information carefully before making a booking. Booking information cannot be changed or modified once the booking has been made. If the order is changed, modified, or cancelled, the Promotion may not be available again.

(3)Unless otherwise specified, the products under the Promotion are non-refundable.

(4)Each product under the Promotion can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

5.GENERAL TERMS:

(a)Exclusivity: The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip coins.

(b)Restrictions and Policies: Please note that the booking restrictions and policies are subject to the cruise policies. Please check the requirements with the relevant cruise prior to booking.

(c)Price Availability: Prices of the products under the Promotion are correct at time of publication. However, prices and availability are dynamic and may change from time to time without prior notice. Please check and confirm the latest availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions from Disney Cruise for the Eligible Products prior to booking.

(d)Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, strict liability, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, and whether or not Trip.com has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. For any losses caused by cancellations, delays, or any other reasons not attributable to Trip.com, Trip.com does not assume responsibility.

(e)Amendment: Trip.com reserves the right to amend, vary or terminate this T&C and the Promotion at any time without prior written notice. Trip.com reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.

(f)Conflict of terms and conditions: If any of the terms under this T&C conflicted with any rules and/or such related information displayed elsewhere on the Trip App, the terms under this T&C shall prevail.

(g)Fraud: You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent This T&C. If a user is suspected of fraud, using illegal means, making robot reservations, engaging in any abusive behaviour or violation of the rules in participating in this Promotion, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the bookings, rewards, and/or qualifications under the Promotion and take legal measures.

(h)All information, including personal information submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with this T&C and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com

(i)Unforeseeable Events: Trip.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Promotion without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Trip.com's absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Promotion.[ID.trip.com/contents/service-guideline/privacy-policy.html?locale=en-ID]

(j)Governing Law: This T&C and Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the law of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

(k)Language: This T&C is written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this T&C, the English version shall prevail.

Terms&Conditions for UOB&Trip.com Spend&Get Campaign with Disney Cruise Line (DCL)

1.This promotion is only available from 10 December 2024 to 28 February 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), or while stocks last. Redemptions (upon a successful booking) are based on first come-first served basis.

2.The promotion is only valid for Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Adventure sailings departing from Singapore.

3.This promotion is open to residents of Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia.

4.A minimum booking value of IDR 23,700,000 (more than SGD 2,000) is required for eligibility. Only bookings that meet this minimum value are eligible for the reward.

5.Bookings must be paid in full using a UOB credit/debit card. Partial payments or alternative payment methods will not qualify for the campaign.

6.The Disney Cruise booking must be confirmed at the time of fulfillment to qualify for the reward

7.Each qualifying customer will receive a pair of Chip&Dale Plush Toys (UOB Edition) in a gift box.

8.Each Cardmember is eligible for only one prize throughout the campaign period, determined by the earliest qualified booking.

9.Rewards will be fulfilled starting in August 2025, depending on delivery timelines.

10.Rewards are limited to the first 500 bookings across Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

11.If a customer cancels their booking after it has been confirmed, they will forfeit their eligibility for the reward. Cancellations after confirmation will lead to disqualification from receiving any campaign rewards.

12.UOB, Trip.com and Disney Cruise Line reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

13.Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other items.

14.By participating in this Promotion, customers acknowledge and agree that Trip.com will share your Name, Address, and Contact number with UOB to facilitate the administration of the prizes under this Promotion, including the delivery of the prizes to you.
