"Buy 1 Get 1 Free – Citilink"
General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") apply to the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free – Citilink" event being run on the Trip App (as defined below).
1. Promoter: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01, BNI Tower, Singapore 048622.
2.Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 11 Nov 2025 at 09:00:00 (GMT+7) and ends on 11 Nov 2025 at 23:59:59 (GMT+7).
3.Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and an adult.
4.Availability: This Promotion is available on the Indonesia version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.74 or above) (hereinafter referred to as "Trip App").
5.Travel Period: Flights departing from 11 November 2025 to 8 March 2026 (except 20 December 2025 - 4 January 2026) (GMT+7).
6. Citilink Buy 1 Get 1 Free is applicable to one-way Economy Class Flight Adult tickets departing from Jakarta to Bali, Jakarta to Surabaya, and Jakarta to Singapore and operated, marketed and validated by Citilink with the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free – Citilink" promotion tag on 11 Nov 2025. These tickets must be for flights that take place within the travel period, including the free ticket.
7.Promotion:
7.1. Eligible Member who has booked two sets of Eligible Flight Tickets is entitled to a 50% discount. The two sets of Eligible Flight Tickets shall be purchased at the same time and shall have the same departure and arrival time. The 50% discount ONLY applies to the base fare and taxes.
7.2. To qualify for the Promotion, the Eligible Member needs to purchase a Citilink Economy Class Adult one-way ticket from Jakarta-JKT to Bali-DPS, Jakarta-JKT to Surabaya-SUB, or Jakarta-JKT to Singapore-SIN booking. Payment needs to be made with all available payments in Trip App (“Eligible Payment”).
8.Limited Redemption: The number of Eligible Flight Tickets is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
9.The maximum number of Eligible Flight Tickets each Eligible Member can redeem is ONCE per Trip.com account during the Promotion Period.
10."Buy 1 Get 1 Free – Citilink" promotion is not eligible to apply any promo code.
11.“Buy 1 Get 1 Free – Citilink” promotion only covers the one-way flight tickets and airport tax. Any ancillary such as add-on baggage, refund protection, AirHelp plus, smart Check-in, etc is not included.
12.Prices are dynamic according to availability and may change from time to time. Displayed prices are accurate at the moment of display and can fluctuate from time to time. Please refresh the page to check the most updated availability, price, and policies. For any losses caused by flight cancellations, delays, or any other reasons not attributable to Trip.com, Trip.com does not assume responsibility.
13.If any changes are made to the booking after the purchase is confirmed or after the Promotion Period, the applicable discount may not be available or applied.
14.The two Eligible Flight Tickets (one way) participating in the Promotion need to be canceled or changed at the same time. In that case, the Eligible Member shall pay the price difference and other miscellaneous charges (if applicable). Any airline change and cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price of the Eligible Flight Tickets. For details, please read the Citilink airline's terms and conditions.
15.The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, cashback sites, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
16.By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by this T&C, including any revised terms and conditions.
17.The Promoter reserves the right to amend the T&C as well as to vary or terminate any of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. The Promoter reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.
18.Conflict of terms and conditions: In the event that any of the terms under this T&C conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on Trip App, the terms under this T&C shall prevail.
19.Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Promoter be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
20.If a user is suspected of fraud, using illegal means, making robot reservations, or engaging in any violation of the rules in participating in this activity, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel the rewards, qualifications, and take legal measures.
21.Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion.
22.Governing law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
23.All information, including personal information ("Information") submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-sg.html ("Privacy Policy").
