Although the main part is raspberry cream, the hidden mini macarons, the sugar on the surface, and the raspberries hidden in the cream are a surprise in every bite. The tea is also very fragrant. I couldn't help but buy a box of tea to take home. Highly recommended!

I have always been obsessed with the Pierre Herme I bought in Paris. The service attitude of this store on the Champs-Elysées is really not good. . The rose-flavored macarons are so delicious. It is a change from the sweetness of European desserts. It tastes sweet, but not greasy at all. The light taste, the faint fragrance of roses, and the unbeatable taste that melts in the mouth. The caramel flavor is also good, but I still like the rose flavor the most. I have no impression of the hot chocolate. It’s a pity that it is only available in Hong Kong recently. I don’t know when it will open in Shanghai.
I think Pierre Herme's macarons are the best macarons in the world, bar none. And he leaves others far behind. Even the most famous Laudree can't compare to him. PH's macarons are soft and crispy. Before that, I never realized what "girly breasts" were until I tried their macarons. PH's small round cakes are soft and "crispy" with moisture, not "hard and crisp" that will fall off when you bite it. And PH's small round cakes often have different flavors on both sides, which almost all other brands don't do. PH's sandwich is creative, rich in taste, not sweet, and the flavors of macarons change every season. I have almost never tasted the same taste. Their macaron posters are amazing and exquisite. If it weren't for Pierre Herme, I don't think macarons would have any appeal to me.
Each beautiful macaron is a delicate work of art. Holding it in your hand, you're afraid it will break, and biting it would be like destroying it! But the tongue is blessed with soft and spongy texture, a little sticky, with a hint of fruity acidity and sweetness, a perfect mixture.
There's no doubt that their macarons are delicious. Secondly, I'd like to recommend two other items. One is the white truffle macaron (only available in Paris; you can't buy it in other countries, but it's more expensive individually and can't be combined with other items). The other is the rose raspberry croissant, which is limited daily; once it's sold out, you'll have to come early the next day. This croissant is truly delicious. Besides the raspberry pieces sprinkled on top, a rose aroma wafts from somewhere, perhaps kneaded into the dough. Also, it has a filling—not the usual cheap jam, but a genuinely refreshing raspberry puree. Paired with a cup of black tea, isn't this what a truly sophisticated afternoon tea is all about?
