We had French food at Dessance this afternoon. It is said that the chef here once worked for a three-star Michelin restaurant. The second course of white asparagus ice cream was really amazing. We kept saying: delicious, delicious 😋. ​

When traveling to France, everyone is eager to try French cuisine, but in the end they are defeated by their own Chinese taste buds and stomachs. This time, we chose to go to Michelin-recommended au bourguignon du marais to entertain friends from Beijing. The first course is 🐌 and the main course is 🍷 barbecue 🐂, paired with fine wine, which not only satisfies the French sentiment of the Chinese, but also preserves the face of French cuisine. We decided to go into Paris for an impromptu brunch for my birthday, on the drive into town&hellip;I found this place on Google with great reviews! Booked a table and it did not disappoint. French flare added to classic American dishes; chicken and waffles and eggs benedict.  Delicious!   Took a bit of time, but it was a relaxed environment, not very noisy, so a pleasure to wait&hellip;and it certainly was worth the wait!Relaxed staff, kids were welcome and a perfect cappuccino. Merci et &agrave; bient&ocirc;t!

The beef tastes very good. I ordered a full plate of beef. It is very tender. There are also various other types of beef that are also very good, but the price is a little expensive. This is Spanish beef.
