On the first day in Nanning, my friend chose Ganjiajie Lemon Duck Restaurant near Mixc. The restaurant looks small from the outside, but it is a different world when you go up to the second floor. The environment is elegant. The lemon duck is sour and sweet, which is more suitable for the taste. The fried fish, vermicelli, stuffed rice dumplings and other dishes are also very distinctive. The duck skin spurts out the sour juice, and the tendons crunch when chewed, creating a sour and spicy sensation that reaches your head! Secret way to enjoy it 👉 Duck sauce with rice! The oily rice grains are coated with lemon seeds, and the sour and fragrant flavor will make you want to eat three bowls straight! Double King Fried Duck Review 🔥: ❶ Hemp black tofu is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Bama hemp seeds are ground to a paste and dipped in spicy fermented bean curd for a smooth, brain-like texture. ❷ The small portion of passion fruit spare ribs is enough for three! The ribs are fried crispy and soaked in passion fruit juice, leaving a sweet and sour taste even between the bones. Paired with sour cucumber, it's a delicious dish!
