We stayed for one night. The room beds and towels were clean, the floor and bathroom weren't the cleanest. We were able to do check in before the check in time and the next day they also stored our suitcases during the day when we were sightseeing. Staff was kind.

Booked this hotel when I went to Xi'an for fun. It's next to SKP and close to the subway. Generally speaking, the hotel facilities and room types are very comprehensive, including mahjong room, parent-child room, and normal standard room with big bed. The price is also very affordable. The hotel service staff is also very good. It's just that the plug plate in front of the washbasin and bedside table in room 808 where I stayed was loose, so my hair always fell off easily when I was blowing it, and I needed to hold it with one hand. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it. It has been added to my favorites and I will stay here next time.

I recently stayed at LFY Hotel from 12 sept -14 sept and also 15 sept to 18 sept, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, customer-oriented, and always ready to help, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. The environment was spotless, and the hotel itself is quite new, which added to the overall appeal. They offer free access to a washing machine and dryer in the common area, which was a really convenient touch. The complimentary coffee in the lounge area was great, and the space had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for hosting friends. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. There’s plenty of night activity with performances, and if you’re up for it, there are several shops where you can rent a Tang Dynasty costume – such a unique experience! Shopping malls are nearby, so you can easily shop and dine. Just make sure you have the Didi app handy for getting around. I am also thankful for the little gestures they have in welcoming us. As my hub was having his birthday when we came, there was a handwritten note and a pair of swan with roses on the bed. Super sweet of them to also prepare our national flower as welcoming gesture from where we came from. As we arrived near mooncake festival there also free lantern provided to let us have the feel of the festival They also provided interactive books for tourist to better understand xi an Overall, I highly recommend LFY Hotel for a comfortable stay with great service and plenty to do nearby!

This place is run by a very kind couple, they will take care of you fully through your entire stay in Huayin town! We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great! The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

The girls are really nice and sweet❤ the hostel is clean and really quiet, perfect place to chill out after a full walking day. Coffee it's okey and they also offer a Western breakfast. Subway is really close to the hostel, so it has been really easy to get the terracotta army museum. Recommended! :)

2 of us in this room for 3 is awesome! Very spacious and could easily accommodate 3 adults. We were there in first week of November. As it was low peak season they upgraded us to this 3 person room. It even has a ladder up to a small “balcony” where one could sit to look out to the decorated rooftops. Location is really good once you figured out how to navigate. It’s right next to 书院门. There isn’t any Metro station “at the doorstep” but close enough. Coffee that they serve is also very good. Only downside I would say is the drainage flow in the shower room. Whenever one showers, the area will be flooded. So will need to give them for the water to drain before the next person goes into the shower.

We had an amazing time from the moment we arrived we were spoiled with warm freshly baked Sweet potatoes 🍠, absolutely devine on a cold winter's day. The evening they helped us book spa treatments nearby the hotel that was beyond what we could write in words. We booked a tour via trip.com they came to pick us up at the hotel,Nancy was very helpful and thoughtful with a toddler it can be a bit challenging going to the Terracotta warriors because the attention spam isn't as long as the line of history one need to take in while enjoying this amazing heritage site. The next morning we received a warm cooked breakfast it's highly recommend if you are foreign with a any specific eating habits,try the nearby Starbucks,but if you can and do enjoy Chinese cuisine menus this is special and very well represented. Our last day we walked the wall and enjoyed the morning market was absolutely thr best location during our travel in xi'an. We can highly recommend this hotel if you walk out the hotel turn left and go up the one way you will find a seven eleven on your left corner also super nice especially for foreigners who would like a cup of coffee once waking up...

The hotel is in a really good location. The complex is really nice. However even if you cannot say it is dirty, the toilette of the room was really clean, the building is really overlooked and seems abandoned. In the room there are evidence of humidity infiltration. The hall is a bit messy. There is a really nice terrace but you can not enjoy it because you are not allowed to get in. Again, the state of abandonment is evident. However, the price/quality is more than fair.

This hotel is far beyond my expectation. Their kindness started since our first day staying with them. We arrived Huashan 9am in the morning, and we just needed to leave our luggages with them, then find some places to visit, but the owner showed her warm welcome by allowing us to check in our rooms. She was also being sincere for the discounted huashan ticket price which save us alot. She also gave us a ride and dropped us at the entrance of Mt. Huashan. Once we finished the climbing, her car is ready to pick up us back to the hotel. What an impressive service we could ask for. She will always make sure we had a delicious dinner while staying with her by recommending a nice restaurant, not a scam ones. Communication was never be a problem withbthe ownere or any of her cousins as we use google translator to make it work.

Advantages: Beautiful environment, convenient dining, easy to take care of children with a playground, the house is super big, can sleep four adults, has a yard, there will be private customer service to add WeChat, whether it is the front desk or the cleaning aunties and other service staff, the service attitude is super good, let me have a good year! Disadvantages: It is a little cold to live in winter, it is very cold to sleep at night, the air conditioner is very noisy, maybe because of the villa, the floor is very dirty, and the child insists on going barefoot... I will definitely come again when it is not cold in early summer!
