We travelled to Tessin for a weekend with two children. The reception was friendly and we felt lifted. The children loved the indoor pool as well as the playground (sandboxes, 3 shovels and climbing). The room is generous and top equipped with a kitchen and a super great shower.

The accommodation is top in all areas. The only thing that has irritated us a little at the beginning is the unused reception. Check in online, but it has super hit. We could get into the room at 1400 instead of 1500. Because we wanted separate beds, and these were only in the higher category, we were simply ”upgraded”, just top. Also the extra bed for our 5-year-old daughter was mega comfortable. It was all very clean and the daily cleaning was Super. We are and were just excited. We will certainly come back. Hotel sympa avec jacuzzi et Hammams Les lits sont un peu durs et la texture des draps pas de mon goût Le restaurant est excellent, mais l'alcool cher, à 10 chf le verre. On passé un bon séjour, mais sommes restés une seule nuit à cause du faible confort des lits

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. It was walking distance to the funicular and the water jet of Paradiso. Great location and nice hotel.

Excellent in all! Absolutely wonderful location (only accessible with taxi) whether day or night! A wonderful DeLuxe room with sea view! The size, the materials of highest quality and finest design. Eat excellent in the Bistro, since full booked in the restaurant! Unfortunately only one night a.Gr. of much work also in Lugano (visit a super performance in the art and culture center). The fitness/sauna was unfortunately closed, but private spa was bookable before departure Sunday morning ... good alternative. The gardens around the sky! The team was super professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Good and dream of my next visit to Villa Leopold ...Heartly recommended for enjoying the fine and good ... Denise Worlds in Zurich

Convenient location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. Local bus stops just outside the train station and can get to Lugano Centro and Monte Bre easily. The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed.

If you want to use the budget Ibis, I do not recommend it at all, as the value of money does not suit the service provided. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There is no air conditioning, and if there is an air conditioner, it is shared, and you cannot control its cold. The room temperature was 40 degrees Celsius.😠 Overall 1 of 5 But the other IBIS hotel in the same building is better but not recommended also. The hotel location very good, brackets good. Great experience, the beautiful lady at the front desk, the handsome guy is enthusiastic, considerate, and the service is thoughtful. Even if the language is bad, they will patiently explain, and there is a free trial in the small concert hall.

Nice hotel 15 min walking from train station but bus stop is in front of hotel. Overall r good and nice breakfast. With warm services.

after baddest experience with ibis, I must admit this is a very nice hotel, just 5min walk from the train slation, just a little higher up, offering a nice view of the lake even from lateral hotel windows. modern ambiente, upgraded facilities, comfy lobby and fast WiFi, will chose this again in march.
