#singaporetrip Celebrated my birthday lunch here!! Ordered the lobster bisque soup and it was delicious!! Lobster flavour is powerful in just the right way and the soup is nice and thick. Highly recommend this! For mains, we shared a beef cheek au Levain and truffle salmon spaghetti. The beef cheeks have great flavor and is quite tender. It goes well with the sourdough and is paired with a nice salad. However i found the beef to be abit too chewy for my liking. The salmon spaghetti is disappointing as it is overly cream-y and there was not much truffle taste. The salmon is however well seasoned and not too dry. The service of the staff is wonderful as they were very welcoming and they offered us a complimentary cake for my birthday, which is delicious and i loved it. Thanks for making my birthday lunch better!
