The Sri Mariamman Temple is one of the older and popular temples here in Singapore. My advice to everyone would be to wear a pair of socks here as shoes are not permitted. The ground can be very scorching hot during the day. Here, you discover the many Indian Deities that are protecting the people. There are also various festive seasons that the Indians celebrate here in Singapore. Be sure to participate in their festive season such as deepavali the next time you visit Singapore.
