Shiro Sushi 📍 100 Broadgate, London EC2M 2QS I visited this Japanese restaurant near Liverpool Street with friends over the weekend, and it was absolutely delicious! They offer a 90-minute unlimited brunch menu on weekends, with a good variety from appetizers to main dishes. Appetizers: We started with edamame and miso soup, and the small dishes were beautifully presented and refreshing. Tempura: Includes lotus root, enoki mushrooms, asparagus, and more. Lightly battered and not too greasy—delicious! Sushi Platter: Generous portions with very fresh fish and slightly sweet rice. The cucumber sushi even had a bit of sauce on top, and the presentation was excellent. Grilled Chicken: Nicely grilled with a slightly charred, crispy exterior while remaining tender inside. Seafood Fried Rice: This dish was packed with diced salmon and other seafood, mixed with rice that had absorbed all the delicious seafood flavors. Perfect with a drink!
