Truly 5* in all aspects. Beautiful huge property with the rooms surrounding a lake, giving great views in the day. But don't worry about the size of the area, they have buggies to shuttle guests around. Our 2 bedroom suite was a huge comfy space, a master bedroom with a huge bathroom that comes with a luxurious bathtub. The other bedroom had 2 single beds with an attached bathroom with a standing shower but still spacious. Huge sofa in the living room (which can possibly sleep another person) and a dining table, all in between the 2 rooms. Everything is well maintained and clean, mini bar all inclusive, it's funny how they continue stocking the fridge even when we didn't drink any. I love the open wardrobe concept. Wished they had a full length mirror in the Twin-bed room though. The breakfast spread is good, a wide variety including live stations for eggs and congee and cuisines ranging from local Thai to international. They also have an extended selection on the weekends including a noodles live station. The pool, right beside the breakfast restaurant is a little small but enough to keep the kids occupied. The water is perpetually cold regardless of the time of the day. Staff here are excellent, always full of smiles, friendly and welcoming, from front desk to the buggy drivers, to the servers at breakfast. Certainly my choice hotel if I ever return to Khaoyai.

I live in centara total two night the first night I got some bad smell from restroom and I inform to operation they some guy for take action immediately after that I literally perform in this hotel once you stay in korat I recommend this place and the pool is really good vipe but they unable to so alcohol liquid or any ingredient that may consist of alcohol that made me feel so boring

This is my fourth time staying here, and the hotel's service is consistently excellent. I was even upgraded to a mountain-view room, which was a wonderful bonus! All the staff are very helpful, especially the front desk team. As for the food, it's exactly what you'd expect from local cuisine. The sticky rice with grilled pork was absolutely delicious, and they also offered Isaan sausage and Khanom Chin. The room's cleanliness was absolutely superb. Should the opportunity arise, I'll definitely be staying here again and will recommend it to others.

The hotel is quite popular with tourists as it is located very near the Pavilion Save One Night Market. The hotel room is very large with a separate shower and toilet. Shared parking area with Grand Residence Hotel.

The room was clean, generously sized, and featured a very comfortable bed. However, the pillows lacked proper support, which unfortunately left me with a sore neck each morning. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communal areas are well-maintained, with plenty of charming spots to sit, relax, and enjoy the cool breeze, as well as spacious grounds for walking. We were slightly let down by our room upgrade. Although we had specifically requested a quiet area, we were placed next to a family with very loud, screaming children, which made it hard to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. Breakfast, however, was the most disappointing aspect. Based on the glowing reviews, we expected a high standard with good variety, but what we experienced was quite underwhelming—basic, uninspired, and far from memorable. For a hotel of this calibre, the breakfast offering felt like an afterthought and is an area that clearly needs significant improvement.

DusitD2 Khao Yai offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful natural surroundings and modern accommodations. Its family-friendly amenities and scenic location make it an attractive option for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

Located in the main part of Khao Yai where many hotels and tourist spots are found. The hotel itself was styled as a pretty Old English town, quaint and tranquil. A pity that we did not have enough time to explore the entire compound. The kids only managed some fish feeding. There was a small pool and a mini playground for toddlers which did not suit our tweens. On the day of check-out, the concierge guy drove us around the entire compound in his buggy when picking up our luggage. Only then did I realize that there was an outdoor park with a bigger and better playground, where bicycles and vintage scooters can be rented. Such a pity we didn't find out earlier. The hotel can promote these facilities and services more actively to create awareness

The front desk staff were very attentive and caring. I happened to stay on my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake in my room! The room was great and the service from all the staff was excellent. 10/10. Thank you so much for the cake!

Had a great one night stay for passing through town. Amber parking with security. Not accessible to foods or other amenities. You’ll definitely need car or means of transportation to access foods. Otherwise be sure to buy your food in advance if planning to eat at hotel. Will definitely stay here again in near future. Only recommended to stay here if you have transportation. Quick checked in and great services!

The hotel urgently needs to address the significant insect problem in the bedrooms. I even reported it to housekeeping or the evening staff at one point, and they mentioned they didn't have any mosquito repellent, despite mosquitoes and other insects being present in the room. I ended up with numerous itchy bites from them. Aside from that, everything else was good. However, it was a bit confusing to navigate upon arrival, especially after a long journey. But once inside, the hotel is well-equipped with amenities like a cafe and a swimming pool.
