The unit is very aesthetically arranged in such a way that you will feel like you were a Princess or a royalty. That's the vibe it gives off. Very well thought of, as in everything even the toiletries, is an upscale version of the so-so tpiletries from common hotels. Like all were good and expensive brands just waiting to be used by the tenant. Al in all, ut was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel room is clean and neat! We rented a premium suite and they even have a kitchen utensils, rice cooker and induction stove we can use for preparing food. The staffs were also accomodating and they even followed my special request which is to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife and a baby crib. They gave us a complimentary cake and some themed balloons that works well with the room interior. Overall it was a fun and relaxing experience i'd give it a 5/5 👌

I'M Hotel is located right in.rhe.middle of Makati, with easy access to shops restaurants and shopping mall. The service here has improved significantly since my last stay, and service was very professional and friendly The rooms oh well appointed with a safe, a hair dryer, cupboards, a desk a large LCD TV with a reasonable selection of English speaking channels. The bathroom is a reasonable size and the shower has both a shower rose and a hand held wand. The views from the rooms on the higher floors give a good view across Manila. The swimming pool located on the second level offers a large pool with plenty of Sun lounges looking at across the street and at the neighboring buildings. I'm hotel is it comfortable five star hotel with comfortable beds and I would have no problem recommending it.

To Josh of Front desk/ Receptionist... Thank you so much for your kind assistance throughout my 13-day stay. Your warm hospitality and unwavering support have truly made my experience me1morable. You’ve been incredibly accommodating—clearly a hotelier at heart. The company is fortunate to have someone like you on their team. Keep up the excellent work! GREAT ROOM: The restaurant servers, both at the breakfast buffet and during à la carte dinner service, were all very attentive and friendly. Their warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. CABIN/STATEROOM ATTENDANT: On the other hand, I found the service from my stateroom attendant to be lacking. Throughout my extended stay, there was little initiative to check in on the room, inquire if anything needed to be refreshed, or ensure we had everything we needed. As a long-staying guest, I had hoped for a bit more attentiveness and consistency in service.

We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

Well we arrived at 11 am and got the room at 145 but OK no biggie, it is a 2 pm check in. The room was great. we went out to walk, someone pickpocketed me of my phone, had to check out at 4pm. I was not even offered a complimentary stay another time, I find that almost as bad as the chick that stole my phone. I do not recommend it because of the area. Its a slum and the divosoria area is a junk dirty sales alleys and streets, the China town area isnt worth Ever going to. im sorry to report on this. my suggestion is ok stay but dont go wandering around.. no pics its too depressing

It was my first time booking a room at Ibis Styles and I could say our stay was incredibly pleasant. Located at Gateway 2 inside the Araneta City, it was quite easy to find good food as restaurants are a plenty. Amenities and service were delightful. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond. Christopher was just great as he was able to let us check-in early without a hitch. Our conversation was quick and the check-in process was efficient. Meanwhile, we were fortunate to have talked to Lucky who helped us get the security deposit back even when we haven’t checked-out yet. I’ll definitely book a room again when I come home from overseas.

The Hotel is a gem in the heart of Manila City. Whether you’re here for the rooftop bar’s stunning views, Restaurant’s delicious food, or the hotel’s impeccable service, you won’t be disappointed. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers, and the location makes it easy to explore the city’s top attractions. **Rating**: 4/5 **Room for Improvement**: The Wi-Fi speed could be a bit faster, but it wasn’t a major issue. If you’re planning a trip to Manila City, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a fantastic value for the quality and experience. Pleasant travels!

TTravelDestinationsThe room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit. However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior. Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist. I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space. In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

JJulia031089Savoy hotel Manila is conveniently located just in front of NAIA Terminal 3. There’s Newport mall with lots of restaurants, casino, and coffee shops 10 mins away on foot, or you can get a free shuttle bus from Popeyes at the back of the hotel to the mall. Our room was quiet and clean, but the beds were super narrow. Also, I didn’t like the bed linens, it felt like they were half synthetic. Our view from the window was lovely cause I am a fan of airports and planes taking off and landing (we didn’t hear anything, soundproofing is really good!) The staff were very nice and friendly. We did feel welcome from the very first second. The food was not great, though, buffet breakfast was not plentiful and delicious. We had a hard time choosing what to eat. Also, we ordered a room service and the food was too salty, we couldn’t even finish it. Liempo was over grilled, hard and salty. Laing was quite good but too salty as well. Frustrating! So, for other meals we just went out to Newport mall. I didn’t like the pool either. It’s overlooking the road and there’s so much pollution there. All in all, it’s a nice hotel for a LAYOVER, or getting over a jet lag after coming back from the states in our case😁 I think it’s worth the money if you’re just gonna sleep there. Otherwise NO

MMs. AngeHotel Stay Review I stayed at this hotel with my four siblings. Initially, I booked a premium room for two people because I expected only one of my siblings to join me. However, plans changed, and all four of us ended up coming. When we arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., I approached the front desk to request an upgrade to a room that could accommodate five people. I was informed that no such room was available, so I agreed to book an additional suite room (Suite Two), which could accommodate three more people. I appreciated that the hotel placed both rooms next to each other—a thoughtful arrangement that made it easier for my older sister and me to look after our three teenage siblings. We were aware that check-in was at 2 p.m. and were willing to wait. Since it was a holiday (Lenten season), most nearby establishments, like malls, were closed. The front desk initially encouraged us to go out and explore, but I gently reminded them it was a holiday and most places would be closed. Eventually, they allowed us to wait in the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised when they let us check in early at 1 p.m., which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were approachable and polite during both check-in and our stay. However, we experienced some issues with communication. When I called to order food, I clearly requested seven cups of plain steamed rice, two pitchers of service water, carbonara, two sticks of chicken barbecue, and beef tapa. I specifically asked that all rice—including the one that comes with the beef tapa—be plain steamed rice. The male clerk repeated the order and confirmed all the details. However, when the food arrived, we only received two cups of rice, one of which was garlic rice, and the rest of the order was incomplete. The pitchers of water were also forgotten and only empty glasses were delivered. I had to call again and follow up several times until the order was completed. I didn’t get angry or raise my voice, but I was genuinely disappointed. Everyone stayed calm, but the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. The Suite Two room was spacious and satisfying, but we were surprised to find a cockroach crawling on the floor, which my brother had to kill and dispose of. The premium room was quite narrow, but the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The telephone in Suite Two had an issue with the volume. At first, I thought there was no dial tone, but later realized the volume was just extremely low—we could barely hear the person on the other end, and the phone didn’t ring audibly. The shower in one of the rooms had no curtain, although there was a rod for one. After my sister showered, the bathroom floor got soaked. We weren’t provided with floor towels, which was concerning since we had younger siblings who could easily slip. I called for assistance, and while the staff responded, they arrived without the necessary tools and had to return multiple times. As for amenities, the room for three had only two slippers, and the room for two had none. This felt a bit lacking, as we expected a more thoughtful provision of basic items. A consistent issue we faced was the drop-off location. Whenever our Grab drivers would drop us off at the hotel, they seemed frustrated due to confusion over the signage. The signage directing drivers to the drop-off area was placed in a way that led drivers to believe it was the exit, rather than the entrance. This caused some inconvenience, as drivers would end up at the wrong location and have to turn around, adding unnecessary frustration to their experience.

AAnonymous UserKingsford Hotel Manila is a relatively new and modern hotel located in Entertainment City, Parañaque, Metro Manila. It’s positioned near popular attractions like Okada Manila, Solaire Resort, and City of Dreams, making it a strategic choice for both leisure and business travelers. Key highlights of the hotel typically include: • Modern accommodations: Rooms are generally praised for being clean, well-maintained, and stylish with contemporary décor. • Amenities: Guests often enjoy access to a rooftop pool, fitness center, and spa services. There’s also a business center and several meeting spaces for corporate events. • Dining: The hotel has an in-house restaurant offering both local and international cuisine, with room service available. • Service: Staff is usually described as courteous and responsive, though during peak times, service speed can vary. • Proximity: It’s close to NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) and major entertainment and gaming hubs, which is convenient for international and regional travelers. If you’re considering a stay or planning for someone else, I’d be happy to help you vet room types, check current rates, or explore booking logistics.

EENSHIGREYSMy room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking city view. Housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.

GGuest Userthe place is real nice.i was just concerned about the booking i did.i was asked for an additional charge of 1,400 pesos because a 14 yr.old is considered adult.the sink in the hotel bathroom drains slow.a little bit tricky to use the electric kettle using a 3-prong cord that doesnt seem to fit. there seemed to be not enough towels in the bathroom. brealfast buffet was very good though. all in all, it's a very good hotel with nice staff in the front desk and the buffet area.
