Kutaisi is my favorite city in Georgia. It is quiet and relaxed, with a European charm, but the security is much better than that of old Europe. This hotel is a treasure. It is located in the city center and only takes ten minutes to walk to the square. Parking is on the dead end road in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. I can stay in a suite at this price. I can't be more satisfied.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet, side street of Kutaisi, ,but close to the center, quietly within the walk range. Full equipment, clean and clean. Very active host-

The hotel is ideal for tourists. In the most historic center. The room is big. However, heating broke in our room. And in December in Kutaisi was cold. So the room was frozen. The duty station somehow connected the battery. As a result survived. But the number itself is very twisted. However, the price and quality are in line with each other)))

The location of the hotel is very good. You can see the Golden Fleece Fountain outside the window. The hygiene is average. The room facilities are also average. It is relatively old. - Хорошее расположение. Центр, но при этом тихая улица. До основных достопримечательностей ходьбы минут 5.
- Легкость коммуникации и заселения. Как только забронировали гостиницу я получил сообщение в watsapp от владельца с его контактами и предложением обращаться, если будут вопросы или что-нибудь понадобится. По прилету написал, что мы в аэропорту. Когда мы подъехали к гостинице наш уже ждали.
- Номера просторные, чистые. Мебель, сантехника... - все новое.
- Есть небольшой дворик со столиками на улице и помещение кухни со всем необходимым, если нужно что-то приготовить самостоятельно.
- Хозяева очень радушные и гостеприимные, всегда готовы помочь.
Минусы: не замечены.

Отличное место для остановки на одну ночь.
Очень чистые номера.
Есть кондиционер, которым можно нагреть помещение. Да, там прохладно, особенно в душевой, возможно дело в том, что была зима.
Завтрак не попробовали, так как его подают с 9 часов утра)

KKarenGThis is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Next, the good side, the small yard is well cleaned up, the boss and the wife are very enthusiastic, but the old man may often drink a little more, but he is really enthusiastic and at home, in line with the experience of the homestay. VVladimir_SThe hotel had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is better to come to breakfast early so that there is enough choice. The temperature in the breakfast area is noticeably lower than the rest of the hotel - it is better to dress up if it is chilly outside.
