We liked this hotel for its minimalist approach. We had chosen a standard double room which was okay for us for one night. We found the front office and other staffs in the hotel to be really helpful. We also had breakfast which was excellent. If and when we decide to travel to Geneva we will definitely try to find this hotel.
Well the location and pick-up service from the airport was excellent including all the amenities and bed was comfy too.
I was rather not happy with the reception team attitude which are not at all welcoming. Infact they even said the executive suite I booked is not meant for 5 people in which a 2 years old infant was treated as an additional people. I have been exploring so many cities and hotels and never found someone treating so insensitively despite we havent made nay request for additional cot or so. During booking Nash airport hotel emailed me that we can only allow one kid free of cost for the booking. In short, I think the reception team needs to be polite and more friendly and welcoming for their guests.
Very helpful staff, appreciate your kindness towards us when my daughter was ill and needed advice on where to seek medical care. Conveniently located next to train station and short walk to the quay.love the complimentary chocolate and drinks in the fridge. Nice room and spacious modern toilet.
The location is excellent and super convenient, literally just steps away from the lake! The facilities are complete, everything is spotlessly clean, and it's wonderfully quiet. The front desk service was also top-notch. This is definitely my go-to hotel for both business and leisure trips, especially since you can cook your own meals here.
The hotel boasts an unbeatable location! With public transport (trams and trains) right at your doorstep and a COOP supermarket, a pharmacy, and a vibrant international food street just downstairs, it truly couldn't be more convenient or comfortable. What's more, the hotel provides a complimentary city travel pass, which means all major attractions are reachable within 15 minutes. The rooms, though compact, are charming and wonderfully quiet. The Wi-Fi speed and breakfast were also excellent.
The location is extremely great. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Super convenient. And there are convenience stores, supermarkets, eaterie,s etc in the train station, super convenient. The hotel is clean & bright. The staff are courteous and helpful. The check out time can be extended to 12noon. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean with sufficient amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Overall, I was very satisfied. They gave us the room in advance, but one room was not cleaned properly. There was food left by the previous guest after we entered the room. After contacting them, they cleaned it up immediately. The environment is good, and there is 🚗 airport shuttle. The front desk was very polite and the service was good.
The hotel and room were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only little minus, it's right in the red light district but, it's very central in Geneva and very convenient for the train station with a five minutes walk. All in all, a great experience and a recommendation. I would stay there again if visiting Geneva. The check in staff was very helpful and efficient.
The room is surprisingly small. You need to use the public drinking fountain for coffee, beverages and hot water on the first floor. I checked in at the door for 3 minutes at night and the doorbell was quite speechless. It is the least ideal hotel in the eight-day tour in Switzerland. The only thing is that it is very close to Geneva train station.

The room is large and clean, the decoration is warm and appropriate, the location is extremely advantageous, and the hotel management is also very considerate. I will stay here again next time I go to Geneva. The chocolate shop across the street is so delicious!

KKFManThe Ruby Claire Hotel is situated in central Geneva, very convenient to getting around especially for first time visitors. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Rafael, the staff who checked us in, recommended us a number of places of interest worth visiting, showed us the best way (transportation) to get around the city, and public transportation was free as offered by the hotel. Knowing that we’d be staying for three nights, he recommended us to take the “daily make up room service”, rather than the welcome drinks. Good advice! Self service coffee and teas were available for free from the “library” situated on each floor, 24/7. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserEverything is pretty decent - clean room with decent space and friendly front desk that speak perfect English. The location is not very ideal for tourists, but it has a bus stop just downstairs of the hotel.
GGuest UserThe room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, the overall environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent! The hotel reception is conveniently located above a COOP supermarket. Guests can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the lobby on the 0th floor, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit small. While two 28-inch suitcases on the floor would certainly obstruct movement, we found that placing them on the bay window freed up a lot of space and made the room much more comfortable.
GGuest UserExcellent location for the Geneva stadium with a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, supermarket and cinema/bowling alley. Great transport links to airport directly by bus within 35-40 min and into the centre.
Staff- friendly and efficient.
Toiletries provided but no lotion available.
Rooms clean and large enough.
Beds and pillows comfortable. Universal plug sockets and usb charging available in the room.
TtheminimeThe location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station.
Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it!
Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes.
Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me.
All in all, I had a really pleasant stay.
Thank you N’vy!
BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.
PprviviThe hotel boasts a great location, just a straight walk from the train station, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity.
While the hotel is a bit older, it doesn't feel dated, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Despite being street-facing, the windows offer excellent soundproofing.
My only complaint is that when the window is open, it's positioned too close to the bed, making it easy to accidentally hit and get scratched when walking by. Both my friend and I bumped into it, resulting in scratches and even drawing blood.
