Roadtripping From Sanfranisco - Seattle

One of my most unforgettable trip is doing a solo road trip from San Francisco up towards Seattle. It is one of the longest drive I ever did, with a total of almost 13hours that is if u drive straight. Well it took me 2 days, a 8 hour drive on the first day and another 6 hours the next. Solo driving on a trip like this can be really tiring but it can be enjoyable too if you plan it right! From San Francisco I did a stop over in a small town called crescent city which I had a short night stay overlooking the sea to relax myself for the next day. And the scenery can also be quite beautiful if you take the time to stop and look around. And if you like the cold weather plan your trip closer to winter but not in Feb - March as it can be really snowy and icy which some roads might possibly be block too! This is one fun and adventurous solo road trip I've ever done! #solotravel #roadrtrip #driving #seattle #sanfrancisco #holiday #america #naturalwonders #YOLO #passionpassport

Chihuly Garden and Glass: A Dreamy Art Palace Made of Glass

📍Chihuly Garden and Glass is located at 305 Harrison Street, Seattle, WA 98109, USA. It is conveniently located near the famous Space Needle, making it easy for visitors to visit both attractions in one trip. The area has a temperate maritime climate, which is mild and humid with distinct seasons, so you can experience its unique beauty no matter when you visit.🌈 💎The art garden covers an area of over 6,000 square meters and is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The indoor exhibits mainly feature works by Dale Chihuly, including glass artworks, drawings, and architectural facilities. The outdoor exhibition area is even more spectacular, with a 4-meter-high, 400-square-meter glass exhibition hall displaying a 30-meter-long suspended sculpture made of 1,400 pieces of glass. There is also a large, dreamlike work called the Glasshouse, inspired by the Sainte-Chapelle in Paris and the Crystal Palace in London. The giant flowers on the roof are made of red, orange, yellow, and amber, extending over 30 meters, creating a fairytale-like scene. In addition, the "Glass Garden," "Flower Arrangements and Floating Boats Series," "Sea Life Tower," and "Chandeliers" are all highly artistic and visually appealing.😻 🎫Tickets for adults are priced at USD 35 on weekdays and USD 37.5 on weekends. It is recommended that visitors purchase tickets online in advance, as they may be able to enjoy some discounts.🧾 🚇Transportation is also very convenient. Take the monorail to Seattle Center Station and walk to the art garden. If you have already visited the Space Needle, you can also choose to walk there and enjoy the street view of Seattle along the way.🚶 😉There are also some things to keep in mind during your visit. No flash photography or tripods are allowed inside the museum, and no food or drink is allowed. However, there is a restaurant called Collections Café in the garden, which is open daily from 11:00 to 17:00 (10:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays), where visitors can dine.🍔 📸This place is a paradise for photography enthusiasts. Each glass artwork is like a beautiful sculpture, showing different charms under different lights and angles. Whether it is the colorful lights indoors or the crystal-clear fusion with the natural environment outdoors, it is worth capturing with your camera.🤳 💡After visiting Chihuly Garden and Glass, you will be amazed by Dale Chihuly's whimsical creativity. Each glass artwork is not just a combination of glass, but a condensation of art, a profound understanding and expression of life, nature, and culture. Pike Place Market, Seattle

When visiting the city of Seattle in Washington state Pike Place Market started as a farmer's market where producers sold their goods directly to consumers without intermediaries. Therefore, the main products here are local consumer goods such as fish, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Today, Pike Place Market has a variety of shops including restaurants, bookstores, souvenir shops, antique shops, clothing stores, and art galleries. The market consists of several buildings stretching from Pike Street to beyond Pine Street. Additionally, the first Starbucks, established in 1971, is located in this market. The store retains its original look, noticeable from the logo and the store's decor. Moreover, they offer a special roast called Pike Place Roast. 85 Pike St, Seattle, WA 98101 How to get there Westlake Hub: 6-minute walk Westlake Center Mall: 6-minute walk

This is an instant photo taken while taking a walk today. The purpose of sharing it is to show friends and tourists the unexpected scenery of winter in Seattle, North America. The green lawn under the blue sky and white clouds, clusters of red fruits on the trees, and birds leisurely foraging on the grassland. Seattle's winter should have snow, but what's happening now?

Seattle | Museum of Flight loved by people from 2 to 99 years old ~ ✈️ ||| A museum that I visit every time I come back to Seattle each year - The Museum of Flight. One of the most "textured" museums in my heart. Even if you don't know much about airplanes, you will instantly develop an interest in learning more, attracted by the museum's rich displays and super thoughtful interactive installations. Flight Museum. The three-year-old son and two-year-old daughter played all morning and didn't want to leave. The happiest one was still the dad who was obsessed with airplanes. Different from many closed and dark museums, the Aviation Museum is also very suitable for taking photos of children. The main exhibition hall, The Great Gallery, displays colorful aircraft in a suspended form, creating a strong atmosphere with its translucent frame structure, abundant sunlight, metallic and retro feel. Being here, you can feel the infinite imagination and pursuit of human beings towards the sky~ 📍The Museum of Flight 🎫 $25 Adult / Free 4 and under

Discover a Dreamy Lakeside Home in Seattle

Discover a Dreamy Lakeside Home in Seattle

During my trip to Seattle, I found a hidden gem: a mid-century style house at 7809 S Sunnycrest Rd. After staying there, it became my "white moonlight" (a Chinese term for something you love but can't have). 🌟 Unique style with a long-lasting charm. Stepping inside, I felt like I was transported back to medieval Seattle. The wooden ceiling beams and vintage tiles, combined with simple geometric decorations, exude a sense of history. The creaking wooden floors tell stories of the past, while the modern furniture blends in perfectly, offering comfort and style. 🌊 The view outside is breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the clear lake, where the morning sun glistens like gold on the water. At dusk, the sunset paints the lake red, and wild ducks play, creating a dynamic painting. The changing seasons bring different charms to the lakeside, whether vibrant or elegant, all captivating. The large windows offer an unobstructed view of the lake, where the morning sun gently wakes you up, and the shimmering water looks like gold foil. In the evening, the sunset casts an orange veil over the lake, and wild ducks swim, blending the water and sky into a peaceful painting. The seasons change, offering different flavors: spring flowers by the lake, winter snow on floating ice. 🛏 The living experience is also top-notch. The room layout is clever, with spacious and open spaces and reasonable storage. The kitchen is well-equipped, making cooking a breeze. At night, lying on the soft bed, the only sound is the gentle lapping of the lake, like a natural lullaby for a good night's sleep. The surrounding facilities are complete, with supermarkets and pharmacies just a few minutes' drive away, ensuring a worry-free life. The host is warm and attentive, answering questions and providing travel tips. The house is spotless, with attention to detail. This home is a safe haven during the journey and an unforgettable highlight of the Seattle trip. If you're planning a trip to Seattle, don't miss this lakeside gem.

Starbucks Pike Place Pilgrimage ⭐️💵☕️

As a die-hard Starbucks fan, visiting its Pike Place outlet was a pilgrimage. This original Starbucks outlet opens at 6am and when we arrived at 7am, there was already a short queue forming. By the time we left about half an hour later, the queue had already doubled in length! Plus some of the Starbucks swag (like the Pike Place Starbucks mug) we were eyeing were already sold out! So do come here early if you want to avoid the queues and get the best chance at securing the souvenirs you want! Stepping into the outlet, I felt the charm of its rustic ambiance and bustling atmosphere. We ordered the “Heritage Market Exclusives” - Chilli Cloud Shaken Espresso and Spicy Midnight Mocha - at the recommendation of the barista. It was unique but not spectacular. Nonetheless, sipping the coffee with a Starbucks cup in hand, amidst the chatter of fellow coffee enthusiasts and in this historic location was a moment of pure bliss. #WinHKFlight #winhkflight I want to visit Hong Kong as it offers amazing outdoor adventures (at least better than in 🇸🇬 LOL)! I'm eager to hike the Dragon's Back Trail for stunning coastal views and explore Lantau Island's nature trails. The Lantau Peak trail (鳳凰山), with its unblocked view overlooking the Hong Kong International Airport, is a trail that I plan on tackling if I’m there!
