Some information may have been translated by Google Translate

Hong Kong, a city that combines the essence of Chinese and Western cuisine, invites you to step into a cooking class where trends converge, explore the essence of Hong Kong-style delicacies in a bustling city, and embark on a fashionable journey on the tip of your tongue.

Diversified course content: The course duration is usually 2-4 hours. You can try traditional Hong Kong-style dim sum, roast meat, Cantonese cuisine as well as international cuisine such as French desserts, Italian, etc. You will learn various fusion cooking methods, not only how to make dishes, but also have a deep understanding of the basics of cooking such as ingredient selection, knife skills, and heat control, and appreciate the diverse charm. Students will personally cook 5-7 or more authentic specialties in one class, and will also be given exclusive chef hats and aprons. Upon graduation, they may also receive an experience certificate, leaving behind precious memories.

Small class teaching, excellent teachers: The small class model of the teaching class allows the chef to focus on guidance, and students can chat about their insights on food, collide with creativity, and the atmosphere is warm, stimulating unlimited possibilities. The chefs who teach the course are from Michelin-starred restaurants or famous shops. They have superb cooking skills and keep up with international trends. They combine theory with practice, accurately analyze the difficulties, and teach students in a personalized way according to their progress. Some shops also provide self-learning services, where you can view recipes in the APP, learn through detailed text and videos, and complete the production.

Full range of facilities: The cooking area is spacious and clean, equipped with top-level professional kitchenware, multi-function oven, professional stove, high-speed blender, etc. Most of the ingredients come from local time-honored brands and local markets, and are fresh and high-quality.

Experience cooking courses in Hong Kong, allowing you to master the skills of Hong Kong cuisine, leave unforgettable taste impressions, start new explorations in food, spread the taste of Hong Kong to all corners, and enjoy the fun and achievements brought by cooking.

Hong Kong Airport.

Hong Kong Airport.

Transferred at Hong Kong Airport on the way to Bali for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Because there was plenty of time for the transfer, I wandered around the airport. Hong Kong Airport is super big. After getting off the plane, you need to take the airport subway to transfer. The terminal building is bright, clean, and modern, and there are interesting decorations from time to time. Hong Kong is known as a shopping paradise, and the airport duty-free shop is a good place to buy and buy. In addition to shopping, the airport also has a food court, and a lot of food from all over the world has comforted the travelers. There are also many souvenir shops in the mall area. It is a good choice to bring a gift to family and friends when leaving the port.

APM Shopping Mall 'Spring Playground·City Stroll'

Recently, apm has collaborated with the popular Korean illustrators Pink Rabbit and Vanilla Bear 'Pink & Ven', to create a theme of 'Spring Playground·City Stroll', setting up a playground that spans over 2,000 square feet. The playground features a fun and adorable style, interpreting various Hong Kong characteristic spots, including the Tsing Ma Bridge, the Clock Tower at Star Ferry Pier, the Ferris wheel, ice cream trucks, and more, all filled with the unique charm of Hong Kong. It really gives a warm and familiar feeling, making it irresistible not to take photos at different spots. The event will end at the end of May, so if you happen to visit apm, don't miss out.

High Class | Fine Dining

The restaurant is located in the SoHo area of Central. It specializes in 🇮🇹 Italian-style Fine Dining. Each dish is thoughtfully designed and every course is served with new utensils 🍴, even the steak knives can be chosen by the diners themselves. The whole dining experience is filled with a sense of ceremony and the dishes are exquisitely delicate. The elegant decor of the restaurant complements the experience, making the entire meal process enjoyable. Highly recommended 👍🏼. -𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐮- $1,180/person The appetizer is quite rich. First, champagne is served as a welcome drink. Then, the waiter presents three kinds of black vinegar, which are 12 years, 25 years, and 50 years old, respectively. Each kind is served with cheese, and the taste is sweet and sour. The pre-dinner bread is crispy and fragrant, and the olive oil is perfect 👍. Finally, a cup of sea urchin black truffle caviar stewed egg is served. It is soft, smooth, and full of freshness. -𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫- დ 1 kg French Clam Saute Pot The clams are all plump and juicy, and there is no sand at all. The chef stir-fries them with white wine, garlic, and olive oil. The clams are covered in sauce, which is very delicious. The crispy bread is a perfect match. It has a unique flavor. დ Spanish Blue Fin Tuna Tartare The presentation of the Tuna Tartare is beautiful. The tuna is delicate and fresh, with a fragrant fish flavor. A little lemon juice makes it even fresher. It feels very refreshing 👅. -𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚- დ Spaghetti with Japanese Sea Urchin and Caviar This pasta is made with luxurious ingredients, including Japanese sea urchin and caviar 😍. Both are mixed with cream to make the sauce for the pasta. Each strand of spaghetti is coated with the sauce, and the texture is perfect. It is smooth and chewy 🤩. -𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧- დ 350g Fassona Beef Grilled Tenderloin Fassona Beef is one of the three best beef in the world. It is rich and firm, with a relatively low fat content. We chose medium doneness, and it was served on a hot iron plate, with four special sauces! The beef is thick, tender, and has a rich beef flavor. It is of high quality. -𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞- დ Fennel Gratin with Cheese This side dish is made by baking fennel with cheese. It has a golden appearance and looks very appetizing! The sweetness of the cheese and the freshness of the fennel complement each other perfectly, making it very delicious. დ Italian Garden Salad The salad is fresh and crispy, with a refreshing taste. After eating so much meat, it feels very refreshing 👅. -𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭- დ Dessert Platter This dessert platter is presented in the form of a trolley, which is quite surprising. The platter includes a variety of delicious desserts, including Tiramisu, chocolate pudding, lemon sorbet, handmade chocolate, mango, and strawberry ice cream. Each dessert is exquisitely shaped and perfect for taking photos 📸. #CABLfoodreview 📍The Italian Club Seafood Wine Bar 32 Elgin Street, SoHo, Central #hkfoodpic #foodstagram #foodiegram #foodiepic #foodporn #foodpic #foodphoto #foodshare #dinner #foodiehk #finedining #italianfood #852food #seafood #centralfood #hkkol #central #soho #foodie #dinnerreview #restaurant #CentralCuisine #fooddiary #cameraeatsfirst #celebrationrestaurant #highquality #ceremony #SoHo

Reactors Coffee

#hongkongguide This coffee shop in Shatin's City One neighborhood was a surprise find when we stayed at ALVA hotel nearby for a pandemic staycation. We have since come back to both places repeatedly, because it's a great way to rewind in a no frills everyday place outside of the busy city centre. Reactors Coffee has amazing scones and a very good value for money breakfast with perfect scrambled eggs. Bonus: there's an MTR faresaver machine right next to it:

Hong Kong Imagery

Hong Kong Imagery

Hong Kong Imagery Another trip that I took on a whim, to Hong Kong. Upon arriving in Hong Kong, I felt a sense of nostalgia, as if I had returned to the '80s or '90s, with its trams, vintage taxis, and crisscrossing buildings. It's very Hong Kong, just like in the movies. The camera's original color tone, no color grading, a simple snap gives off that Hong Kong vibe. Because the weather was too hot, I didn't go to many places to take photos, just took them casually. The cost of living in Hong Kong is much more expensive compared to the mainland, especially food and drinks. Other expenses don't differ too much, such as clothing, electronics, skincare products, etc., the difference isn't significant, and it might even be slightly cheaper. A casual meal per person costs around a hundred plus-minus. A simple bottle of mineral water costs 2 yuan in the mainland, 4 yuan in Hong Kong. Well, there's a large population, and it seems that the economic vitality should be quite good. A brief visit doesn't allow for an in-depth comparison, but compared to Macau, Hong Kong is obviously much more developed, and the subway transportation is also more convenient. You can use Alipay, WeChat, and other payment methods, but many stores still only accept cash in Hong Kong dollars. So, it's essential to ask clearly before eating to avoid a wasted trip. (Unfortunately, I had such a wasted trip myself) Overall, going out to play is quite nice. It's worth experiencing. Especially recommended is the Ferris wheel, 20 yuan for 3 rounds. When going out, it's best to check the weather in advance. This year, Guangdong has had a long spell of rain. Hong Kong and Macau are more or less the same. Good weather is necessary for good photos. On sunny days, be sure to do proper sun protection.

Chen Xin Kee: Signature Crispy Trio, Highly Acclaimed Delicacies.

Chen Xin Kee is located in Ap Lei Chau Municipal Services Building. Signature Crispy Trio: 1. Fish Skin 2. Fish Dumplings 3. Wontons, all characterized by their thin skins and delicious fillings, freshly fried to a crispy perfection. The fish dumplings have a chewy texture with a distinct fish flavor. One-Bite French Toast: Compared to regular French toast, it has a thinner egg coating, making it soft and crispy. The bread is fragrant and soft, with a rich egg aroma and very flavorful peanut butter. Additionally, you can bring seafood to the restaurant for processing. It is a very authentic Hong Kong-style dai pai dong!
