#campingfun West Garden is located in the southwest corner of Cheung Chau, Hong Kong. The 11 acres of land in the park are divided into 6 theme camps and more than 40 camps. There are starry sky and star-viewing round arch camps, yurts, South African and Indian camps, etc., some of which have separate toilets and barbecue areas, as well as air conditioners, which are not afraid of the cold in winter. There are also camping tents that can be rented, or you can bring your own tent, only rent the camp, and provide hot water and toilets, which can be said to be rich and thrifty. The park is very large and there are many activities, but most of them are charged. But in fact, the children are already very happy to run and play everywhere. We ordered beggar chicken, and the children participated in the whole production process, which was a very special experience! Behind the yurt camp is the residence of the little sheep (which will be released during the day. They will walk around the garden. Children like it very much.

Camping in Sai Kung

It’s probably going to take you an hour and a half to two hours to get to Tap Mun, but it’s definitely worth it. Starting off at Sai Kung Pier, hop onto bus No. 94 to arrive at Wong Shek Pier, where you could then opt for either the public ferry or the motorboat to get to Tap Mun Pier. The motorboat has won the popular vote as it sends you to Tap Mun in a jiffy for just $20 per person, whereas the public ferry has a comparatively longer waiting time. There’s lots to do and see in Tap Mun other than just camping. Not only is it one of the few camping locations where you’re blessed with a panoramic sea view – perfect for a picnic lunch – there is also a lot of gorgeous scenery for you to photograph, such as the adorable yet spectacular Balanced Rock. #行山

Camping in Hong Kong | A beautiful island paradise with few people and great photo opportunities

Camping in Hong Kong | A beautiful island paradise with few people and great photo opportunities

Tai Mo To is located in the northeast of Lantau Island, Hong Kong. It is an undeveloped island that retains the original fishing village style and stunning natural scenery. 🚢Transportation It takes about half an hour to reach Tai Mo To by speedboat from Ma Liu Shui Pier. The sea breeze blows on your face, the waves splash, and the scenery along the way is refreshing. After disembarking, walk along the coastline to feel the unique charm of this small island. 🏕️Camping preparation Tents, sleeping bags, moisture-proof mats, cooking utensils, food, and water are all basic necessities. Remember to bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent for island camping. 🏖️Island scenery The beach on Tai Mo To is clean and delicate, and the sea is clear. Here, I set up a tent and enjoyed the pleasant time with the sea breeze. In the evening, the sunset dyes the sea golden, which is beautiful and intoxicating. At night, the starry sky is bright, and the Milky Way is clearly visible, as if you are in another world. 💡Notes Transportation: Take a speedboat from Ma Liu Shui Pier to Tai Mo To, and check the boat schedule in advance. Equipment: Bring necessary camping equipment and daily necessities, especially sunscreen and mosquito repellent. Food: Although there are restaurants and small shops on the island, it is more reassuring to bring your own food and water. Environmental protection: Please keep the environment clean, take away your own garbage, and protect this beautiful island.

Cheung Chau Camping Two-Day One-Night Experience Tour

Cheung Chau Camping Two-Day One-Night Experience Tour

I was fortunate to join the camping trip to Cheung Chau, a small island located in Hong Kong, China. The environment is beautiful and suitable for families. The island boasts many local cultural features, such as the famous Ping An Bun, and we visited a historic Cheung Chau theater that has been revitalized. At night, we went camping on Cheung Chau. You don't need to bring anything as everything is prepared for you. The overall experience is very natural. If you come to Hong Kong, you are welcome to join this tour.

Tamen Island camping, MacLehose Trail Stage 2 | Hong Kong

Now Hong Kong and Shenzhen can be cleared without quarantine. Camping on Tam Mun Island and the second section of the MacLehose Trail are two of the most popular places for tourists, with beautiful scenery. I highly recommend everyone to visit, and I went with a tour group. I suggest everyone to also join a tour group so that you can enjoy your trip with peace of mind. The tour guide is always a classic choice.

Grass Island (Tap Mun) - Camping Site to Hong Kong Getaway

Looking to enjoy a weekend or short holiday in the wild? Grass Island (Tap Mun) is a good choice. The remote island with unofficial campsite perched in the hill offers a panoramic view both day time and night time specifically on a full moon session. The island is located off the northern peninsula of Sai Kung. How to get there: From Sai Kung town take the 94 bus from Sai Kung Town to Wong Shek Pier, and catch the ferry to the island (around 30 minutes). If you stay for camping, please make sure you bring enough food, drinks and camping gear with you. there is small local restaurant near by the ferry pier, but don’t except much in terms of variety of food. The island is also famous for wild cattle that roam free, so they can be uninvited visitors sneaking into your camping tent in search of food! The island is also perfect for hiking and the beach is for swimming. #remote #island #wild #campsite #camping #camp

Camping under the stars ⭐️🌌

Lush green meadow and blue sea water are two colors to decribe this place. Grass island, just like the name, is covered by meadow, fresh green. That's why not only us enjoy this place, but some cows 😂 as well, so watch out when looking for a spot, not to step on cow dung. Many things to enjoy and explore at Grass Island, from seafood 🦐🦞🦑restaurant nearby Tap Mun pier⚓️, hike to the top of the hill, picnic🧺, or kite flying 🪁, but for me, camping ⛺️ 👍👍. It's windy at night, but sleeping while looking at the starry night🌌, just so comforting☺️ and calming😌 Make sure that you bring enough supplies if you want to camp. There some kiosk nearby pier where you can buy mineral water or snacks however it takes about 10 min walk from the camp-site. Same as the toilet 🚻 How to get there: Take bus 94 from Sai Kung or 96R from diamond hill to Wong Shek Pier. (Bus 96R from diamond hill available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays only) From Wong Shek pier to Tap Mun pier around 30 min by ferry. #香港camping #grassland #hiking #picnicspot

Mong Kok | Amico1890 Double-decker Western Restaurant The lower level is designed with a soft and gentle atmosphere in pink and green. The upper level features a completely different street view and night scene. I arrived early on Friday night, but it was almost full. The restaurant is very popular. We chose the latest "Dragon Ha Ha Ha" set menu for two, which includes a variety of seafood dishes: . Caesar salad . Soft-shell crab toast with pine nuts ✨ The toast with plenty of crab paste was delicious. . Thai-style tom yum seafood spaghetti ✨ I liked the sour and spicy taste of this spaghetti. . Garlic butter baked Boston lobster The lobster meat would be more flavorful if it were paired with baked cheese. . Italian ice cream cake with cheese ice cream ✨ We ordered mango-flavored cheesecake, which had a thick texture. . Soup or drink pairing + We also chose two special drinks: . Tiramisu latte ✨ A latte with a sweet and heavy milk flavor, paired with tiramisu finger cake, which was very thoughtful. . Other special drinks include fruit soda, strawberry + lemon flavor, etc., which are refreshing in summer. + We also ordered some snacks: . Mexican chicken hammer ✨ It was slightly spicy, crispy, and worth the price. ,,, Amico 1890 24 Sai Yee Street, Mong Kok #MongKokCafe #MongKokFood #CafeCheckIn #HongKongFood #HKFoodie #HKFoodBlogger #HKBlogger #HKInfluencer #HongKongAttractions #ResidentWriter #SummerDestination

Camping, another summervacation

Tai Tan is one of the convenient spot for camping if you want to spend a night outdoors especially for beginners. It is easy to reach by bus 94 from Sai Kung Bus terminal or 96R from Diamond Hill Bus Terminus, get off at Tai Tan bus stop. It has facilities: Pavilion, benches with tables, BBQ pits, toilet and tap water. The camping site itself is spacious. The highlight is the Tai Tan tree walk with about 18 tree species and the major characteristics is the European Pavillion. It would be better to prepare all the stuff you need considering the location. You'll spend quite sometimes to get to nearby convenient store to buy food or drinks. We spent a night, sitting around the barbecue pit while singing some old songs. We really enjoy it. And don't forget to bring mosquito repellent!!! #香港camping #naturelover #本地遊
