Hotel dekat Swiss National Museum, Zurich

The hotel is very well located. However, the room is not completely clean! There are dirty stuffs on the floor, unfortunately. The price is good considering zurich is an expensive city. Reception people are very helpful. Overview, recommend to check it out when you visit Zurich.

We had a pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Zurich Centre. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet was superb, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Zurich!

The guesthouse is at a prime location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station (Zurich HBF), and it is also conveniently near several bus stations. The reception is helpful and located just across the street, offering 24-hour service via WhatsApp. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. We booked a double room, which was clean and well-maintained. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, the guesthouse provided complimentary drinks in the shared lobby. There are several supermarkets and food options nearby, making it easy to find meals. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the guesthouse and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay.

I recently stayed at Ruby Mimi Hotel in Zurich for three days and two nights, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being very near Zurich HB and within walking distance of numerous shops. I was particularly pleased to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, which added a nice touch to my stay. The room was kept impeccably clean every day, which I greatly appreciated. The hotel also offers a galley where guests can make tea, refill hot water, or iron clothes—a thoughtful and practical feature. Ruby Mimi's interesting concept and excellent amenities make it a must-stay hotel in Zurich for anyone seeking convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

The front desk was friendly and there were many reviews saying that luggage was stored, but it was self check-in, so luggage storage was not possible. It was difficult to find it anywhere on Trip.com. Something different than expected... Even though I wrote down the country code and cell phone number well, the message needed for self check-in did not come, and the central entrance door was being repaired. may have done It seems that the information written here on Treat.com does not work well with hotel check-in. E-mail and phone number were written as they were. Even though I'm not Chinese, my Chinese number was my number. There was no luggage storage, but when I went to check-in, they said they couldn't get in because it was still not cleaned. I think I entered after 1 hour and 30 minutes before the check-in time. After 4:30? However, there was no apology or apology, just wait 5 minutes, wait 10 minutes, that's all. The location was easy to find and access. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite small for two adults carrying two large suitcases, and it was quite hard to fully open both in the room simultaneously. Overall, it was still great.

No Hot water on Friday night. Hot water only returned Saturday morning. Self checkin and checkout system lengthy and not intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to turn on the heat. Everything else is fine!

I have stayed here twice. It is a small but exquisite hotel with convenient transportation. It is a few minutes' walk from the central station. The hotel is within walking distance of everything. It is the best choice for staying in Zurich

The hotel is a bit further from the Zurich hbf but it is a walkable distance, or alternatively you could take bus from the hbf. It is convenient as there is a COOP store downstairs which you could grab essentials there. There is one thing which we would like to point out is that there was no hairdryer in the room which we had requested during our stay and the management told us that there was high demand and couldnt provide one for us and said that they have placed orders for the hairdryers. Overall, we had a good two nights stay in Zurich!

Just completed a night's stay and the service I received from the WhatsApp crew* is excellent. Clean and very picturesque setting. I must say its a techy kind of scenario with Smart Locks etc *Shout out to JENNY who helped me thru the online check-in process. A wonderful Fräulein with excellent English and interpersonal skills, essential for some of us who do not sprechen deutsch!😬😬
