Leonardo Hotels in Zurich

A hotel in a close proximity to the airport only 5 mins on a bus ride. However, the service and products are not a 4 star hotel.  1. The front desk service is not quite up to a par comparing to other 4 stars - we asked the front desk to delivery our luggages to the room when is ready for check-in since we will be away. The answer was ”can you do it yourself or your partner can?”, ”not sure but will see what we can do”....This is a very standard service for most hotels.  2. Breakfast selection is very limited and quite sad for a 4-star. The staff was very unenthusiastic and the utensils were dirty with stains.  3. Early check-in will cost you additional 30chf even if it is just an hour before. 4. This is a popular one - no free shuttle bus. Will cost you a lot more than public transportation. So think wisely. 5. The bed is fine but pillows are like balloons - you need to unzip them to let the air out. Otherwise, good luck with the neck!

You need to climb a steep slope to get up. The environment is very good and clean. There is a balcony and a bathtub. There is a small supermarket downstairs and it is close to the central train station. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is a bit expensive.

I stayed before, and after I went to another city, I stayed for another day. When I checked out, I was delayed until 2 o'clock. Let me add that Beckham lived here. Very close to the lake, the environment is very good, the service is good.
