Very nice stuf , very clean rooms , in the heart of zurich .you can walk everywhere from hotel. The otel is decorated good small but very clean

Good bar, Good rooms, good location The hotel is located in a good area in the old city of Zurich. All sightings are reachable in couple minutes by step. The shopping area is located just two blocks away from the hotel. The hotel is located near the main train station

This hotel is great value for money if you consider the location. But you do stand the risk of your reservation being cancelled last minute. The room of my travel companion was cancelled just days before our trip because of 'renovations.' I did stay at the hotel during the same weekend and there were certainly no renovations taking place. It was the weekend of the concerts of both Coldplay and Elton John. Most likely the room was rented out again at a higher rate, even though my travel companion booked months ahead.

Had the most warm and amazing stay at this hotel with the friendliest and the most helpful staff right in the centre of zurich. 💯 would recommend!! They have a beautiful room with all the needed amenities and an amazing bar

This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at in my life! Right from the very beginning I should have known what lied ahead. There is no reception desk. Check in is at the bar. There is no information posted anywhere and if you check in at a normal hour chances are you will find no one there to help. The lady who runs the place is nowhere to be found and guests are left to fend for themselves. We were there for 4 nights and not once did our room get cleaned. We ran out of toilet paper and clean towels and had to chase down the cleaning lady to get more. The room was a dirty mess from the minute we walked in. Dirty coffee cups, wrappers, and spoons from the previous occupants and we only got 1 towel apiece. The bed is right up by the bathroom door so if you’re standing next to the bed and someone walks out of the bathroom, you will get hit by the door every time. The elevator didn’t work properly and made a horrible noise until we were too afraid to use it anymore; sure enough, it stopped working. The cleaning lady was left to check people in since the owner sleeps in and doesn’t show up until late in the afternoon. Problem is, cleaning lady only speaks Spanish. We had to help her communicate with 3 separate couples who couldn’t understand her. They don’t have maps to help you get around the city and there is no one to ask. In a nutshell…DON’T stay at this hotel!!!! I cannot emphasize it enough! Pictures are deceiving.

Very unprofessional reception. Staff knocked on several doors on several floors together with to find an empty room. They did not know dhivh rooms were rented out. Dirty laundry was all spread on the hallway. When we finally found a room I was told I have to wait one hour to get the key. Elevator is tiny and cannot hold 2 people and a small suitcase at the same time. Room was not clean. There was a half full coke bottle in the Tiny fridge. The toilet was tiny. The room very small. This is at best a 2 star hotel. Lacks proper reception. Breakfast was mit included in the price and you would not want to have it there anyway. I left immediately. You don't ever want to stay in this hotel.
