On the 21st to 24th, I placed four reservations with Ctrip. First, I couldn't check in. The front desk computer couldn't find the guest information (even with the reservation confirmation number). It took more than two hours to contact Ctrip to deal with it. It was clearly a room with breakfast, but when I went to eat breakfast the next day, it said it was not included. After that, another guest checked in and had the same problem. Moreover, Ctrip couldn't contact the hotel front desk at all, so they had to contact the guests to communicate with the front desk. It was a very bad experience, very annoying. You should choose the booking platform for overseas hotels carefully. Very bad review.

The facilities are complete, the only thing is that the shower is visible to the people in the same room. The room is very clean, the breakfast is rich, and the croissants are good, not as hard as German bread. You can store your luggage for free.
