温泉盡然沒有包含在房費內這點兒很費解 温泉時間可以稍微延長一些更好了

Impeccable boutique hotel experience. The hotel is close from everything yet outside the beaten track. Service is exceptional and pricing worth it (400 chf fro my super comfortable 25m2 room decorated brilliantly). Staff is super helpful from reception to the restaurant area. Everything makes you feel at home or at a great friend's house who has taste in interior decoration :)

Everything is just perfect, the hotel is located in peaceful and green area, the lobby is absolutely charming, the room is comfortable and neat, food is great, personnel is very welcoming and helpful, the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Absolutely recommended

A wonderful hotel with great staff and a warm welcome. The Hürlimannbad & Spa is fantastic! The Library is comfortable and a great place to enjoy a relaxing drink before dinner. The staff are always really helpful and welcome back repeat guests which is nice.

The Hotel is located less than 15 minutes from the city by train and it is then a 7/10 minute walk to the hotel. The lobby is unique in nature with a community laptop hot desk area for business people which is set in a calm setting near reception. The restaurant and bar are adjoined and is set in a library setting with 3000 books around you. Very unique and interesting setting. Leonardo who is one of the staff is the pick of the bunch and is just a natural customer service individual. who has talent. The room is spacious with a wonderful bathroom and set up is really good. Still looking very new with good line The only thing i didnt like is the so called spa that does not belong to the hotel, but is shown as a facility. I did book the hotel because of this, however as it is open to external people, when i looked in the thermal spa it was like looking at an episode of 'Love Island' with tons of people all climbing on one another, so the facility is not really that nice to be in. I did have a look at where the seating area was and snack bar, but it was so hot and i had to leave within 2 minutes. Its not the hotels fault, but if people are coming here to enjoy the thermal spa, beware of the spa as it may not work for you.

The facilities are wonderful but it's the staff that make us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The multiple pools in the spa as well as the roof-top pool are amazing and a must see experienced to truly appreciate. The B2 is always our final stop after traveling in Switzerland, to decompress, relax and get ready for our journey home.
