Ulasan Hotel Palisad

We liked the hotel, the price-quality ratio is excellent, 5+. The breakfast is quite decent. The rooms are good. Zlatibor is a good place in the mountains in a pine forest, a healthy place in all respects. For rest and health improvement this is what you need. We ate in a cafe in the center, the view is good, nothing more to say. It is better to buy in a supermarket and have a snack of dry food or fast food. We will mark this cafe somewhere.

The room is big and clean, the staff is friendly and can speak English, but the water is not very hot and the bathtub faucet needs to be left on for a long time before there is clean water.

The hotel is in a good location, the environment is OK, and the heating is sufficient

The attitude at the front desk is generally not very welcoming, and the processing speed is slow. The bed frame decoration in the room is made of cement walls, which is strange, like a half-furnished rough room! Facilities are outdated! The advantage is that it is relatively close to the square and easy to walk around! There are no good places to eat nearby. The first Japanese restaurant was terrible and the next pizza place was terrible too!

Check-in went smoothly. Although the room was a bit small, it was quite clean. The price was ok and the service was good. I have been looking at hotels in this area for a long time. This one also has the highest reviews on the local Internet, so overall it is good.

It's good to live in this hotel in this city. I'm satisfied.

There is no air conditioning in the standard room type, but only in the superior room type! After entering the room, we discovered the air-conditioning problem, and then thought about upgrading the room type. The price difference between the two room types on Ctrip is 150 RMB. The front desk said it would cost 48 euros, which is 370 RMB. We contacted Ctrip customer service, who contacted the agent, and finally told us after an hour and a half that we had no choice but to upgrade at the lowest price of 48 euros. The hotel occupancy rate is very low during the off-season and it rains, and the service is so rigid. There is also no laundry room mentioned. The room facilities are not very good, the slippers provided are very thin, and the towels are not very good. It feels like a guest house.

AC set to 24deg. Cant adjust. Like a sauna. Staff told us to open and close window to cool overheated room during the night. It is freezing outside. Up every hour? Every half hour? Ridiculous. . No tea, coffee, jug, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. Several stairs to carry suitcases up before you enter and inside before arriving at the lift. Revolving (only) entry door also pretty tricky with a suitcase. Give it a miss.

Comfortable and quiet stay in a good location next to the lake and restaurants and also within walking distance of shops. As ever in Serbia the staff were friendly and accommodating. The evening and breakfast buffet was very nice, unfortunately I was only in this hotel for one night on a tour, I would have like to have stayed longer in this region.

Balkan Tour group Pros: Central location Evening typical Serbian meal was stone cold and unfit for human consumption. Forced to go downtown to enjoy hamburger and chips. No help whatever with luggage. Staff unresponsive to any request. Premises like a maze and entry was like walking into a cave. Poor leadership all around. Stay away. Tour Radar and Balkan Tours negligent for this abortion.

Ideal location of the hotel, part of it is recently renovated and offering a very nice and new room ( luxury one ) No complain at all, excellent design and all you need is there. Standard rooms ( we booked 4 rooms for our big family) are in different part of the hotel, they are smaller and basic furniture inside ( I would say they are 3* rather than 4 star for sure) I highly recommend only luxury one . Artwork in hotel is amazing!! The huge downside is that most beautiful part of the hotel and foyer is NOT smoking free area. So imagine when 50 people are smoking , smoke and stinks around?! Inside hotel everything should be strictly no smoking, why management is tolerating it? I understands that by law in Serbia you can offer smoking area, however why not stand out and be first to do a big changes .. Price wise very affordable , mini bar, room service , laundry , bars, restaurants all affordable and not overpriced ! Buffet breakfast is all right but very limited for vegan diet! Playroom is excellent and kinds really enjoyed it! Carpet towards restaurant need some attention asap!

Hotel Palisad is in a good location, more precisely far enough from the noise but close to many cafes, shops, pharmacies, etc. The rooms are not small and bright. They have a TV, a mini bar and coffee and tea making facilities. The beds are large and comfortable. The bedding is clean but slightly torn in one place. The room I stayed in had a large bathroom where you can choose between a shower cabin and a bathtub. The toilet is separate. Large balcony with a wonderful view of the lake. The food is very tasty and varied. Each dish labeled. The hotel has an elevator. Friendly staff. There is a small free parking lot in front of the hotel.

Hotel Palisad is located off of the main square, but not so far. It is overall quiet, but if one opens the windows or doors, one can hear the music and other noises coming from the center. The room size is ample and the bath was absolutely gorgeous. It looks like the rooms may have been remodeled recently. The public areas host some gorgeous pieces of art, however the carpets leading to the restaurant and the restaurant itself needs to be refurbished (the carpets are terribly stained, leaving a bad impression of dirtiness). The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, albeit I was surprised that a few of them were not proficient in English (same with the restaurants). Overall, I had a very nice and relaxing stay at Hotel Palisad... but they really need to get rid of that stained carpeting!
