Ulasan Hotel Irma

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado y com una vista envidiable. El hotel es un poco viejo y caro en temporada alta pero en general tiene buenas camas y aire acondicionado.

I’ve always wanted to try Hotel Irma and needed a place to stay one night before going to Troncones. Friendly staff, nice restaurant, and good location.

For my needs it was perfect. Great view and comfort. Pool area gets noisy during day but just louder happy clients.

The view from the rooms is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. They also have a great spa. Love the massages listening to the ocean.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at hotel Irma. The views are breathtaking, rooms/resort were clean, everyone friendly. We did a lot of walking checking out the area great restaurant on site and lots of great places around Hotel Irma. We will definitely be back for another visit!

There’s no fridge in the room. Really miss that. No elevator. We were on 6 th floor so a week of that and the hill or stairs to leave the building are only for people in good condition which we fortunately were. The staff were friendly and the pools were lovely and clean. The view was marvellous.

I found the location wonderful. We walked everyday and covered all the sites we wanted to see. Loved the view. Loved the people.

They make feel you are very important. There services goes beyond. I will recommend to friends and family.

Our experience checking in was very bad. We had to wait until the clerks had time to check our ******* reservation with Mexico City. And they proceeded to attend every other person checking in first, making us wait about 30 minutes before they could check and sure enough find it. Very disappointing. It just left a bad taste from the beginning. They're are many cute hotels all around... I'd try one of those next time.

The view is great. Simple accomadation, just what we needed. The entire staff is great there.

Overall delightful. The only thing that would have made it even better are more shade options, especially in the afternoon for fair skinned people like us who enjoy being around the pool but can’t handle the sun.

Treat you the best, seem like they can't do enough for you... Great foods and drinks..

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Irma. The staff was fantastic, the room was lovely and the maid left adorable animals formed from towels every day. The food was good and we loved the servers, especially Isaac, Liliana and JP. The pools were great and there are a few options for places to sit or you can go down to the beach and swim in the ocean. My husband went snorkelling there and saw some amazing sea life. It’s a short walk into the town and the locals are very nice, and it’s very safe. We will absolutely return.
