這是我和家人第二次來宜昌旅遊，本次入住的真實體驗，不褒不貶，希望對店家和未來的客人有幫助～～
設施：攜程上圖片和實際房間不符，設施陳舊，房間不了不透氣，潮濕，有蟑螂！房間不隔音，門鎖的螺絲是壞的，門鎖鬆動，進房間之前門沒關上。
衞生：床鋪上發現毛絮和頭髮，另外床單有大大的補丁裏面，房間很多，像迷宮，很繞，晚上樓下酒吧聲音能聽到，早上不知道哪裡的咚咚咚的聲音，房間外的聲音一清二楚。我們定的兩間帶窗户的房間，結果問前台也確定説有窗户，説給我們升級的有窗户，結果窗户是不能開的“玻璃牆”，窗户外面還是商場內部走廊！另外房間不提供無線網，沒有前台電話，很不方便！
服務：送了停車券，但是樓下停車位不太好找。入住當天和前台反映了門鎖的問題，前台也安排人去房間查看，雖然當天晚上沒修好，但是服務不錯。

停車場在地下2樓，但是公共停車位較少。酒店一般般吧，畢竟價格也不貴，床墊是舒服適中的，但是馬桶不太乾淨，而且馬桶圈是晃蕩的。

我是萬象常客，但是這一次體驗感非常差，最主要的是以下3點，1是樓下有個清吧一點多了還在唱歌，聲音很大，放假根本無法入睡。2是一大早不知道什麼在剁什麼，搞的我的孩子六點就被吵醒。3是枕頭都是破破爛爛的，不知道為什麼。
