"This hotel was close to restaurants and shops and an easy DiDi ride to various attractions. While the linen was clean, the bathroom was incredibly filthy. There’s a QR code to report if you are unhappy but I couldn’t get it to work. The ladies working in the restaurant were an absolute delight."

"The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the Zigong High Speed Train Station. Although it is far from the downtown of Zigong City, the Zigong High Speed Train Station has buses to the city and many attractions. I walked to the Zigong High Speed Train Station for a few minutes, the Xianshi Old Town for about 20 minutes and the Zigong Lantern and Light World for about an hour. People can get a taxi at the hotel easily. The hotel provides free pickup and drop off services for the Zigong High Speed Train Station for free . The hotel workers are friendly and helpful. Ms. Peng is helpful. She helped me contacting my next hotel, and following up to confirm the pickup service of the next hotel. The hotel email was also responsive and prompt. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located with many food options just below. However it is in a shared building , so lift can be slow, crowded and smells bad. The hotel also has a slight smoke smell along corridor. Service was good though and warm water is available"

"The location was quite convenient, around 25 walk to the Commercial Center (Aegean Mall) and 5 minutes by taxi. The staff was helpful but did not speak a work in English and had to use translator apps all the time. Only one receptionist could speak a little bit. Also, consider that we were requested to leave an additional deposit, which has not been returned for several days. The breakfast was superb, a very wide selection and the majority of the dishes were quite tasty. The room was spacious and clean."
