房間面積還行，這個不是中央空調，空調最大功率加熱一夜能維持23-4，可能會乾燥一點。洗澡水温要自己調節一下，需要放一小會兒洗。電視都是智能電視，但是可以看直播的。但房間很乾凈，沒異味。外出門就是居民區，附近有燒烤和特色菜吃飯很方便，晚上很安靜，不錯。
